“I didn't have any issues buying my tickets but having to retrieve my tickets through Ticketmaster was a huge hassle. Ticketmaster's app does not work. I've been to 3 concerts in the past 4 weeks and purchased my tickets through Stub Hub for 2 of those concerts and having to then go to Ticketmaster to retrieve my tickets was a dilemma and took forever. So again, the ticket buying process was smooth and easy through StubHub but retrieving the tickets is where the problems start.”

“I purchased concert tickets through StubHub. Everytime I tried to download the tickets I got message saying they were downloaded by another email. I tried to resolve the issue all day the day before. Then I was told they had up until the start of the event to deliver tickets. Which would mean paying$80 to park and waiting outside the stadium until the started?? The tickets were never delivered and StubHub will not defend my money.”
