“Be careful when purchasing tickets through StubHub. I bought two Cubs tickets and was never able to access or download them. I spent over 90 minutes troubleshooting with three different customer service representatives and tried on multiple devices, with no success.
Later that evening, I followed up via email, only to be told that everything appeared fine on their end and that I would not be eligible for a refund. This was despite sharing a screenshot clearly showing the error I encountered.
It’s concerning that even with documented proof and extensive troubleshooting, the issue was dismissed. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution against using StubHub—especially for higher-priced tickets—given the risk of not being able to access them when it matters most.”
“I spent almost $1,500 on Bruno Mars tickets but never got the email to "Accept Tickets". I got to the show and tried to pull up the tickets I'd purchased via my confirmation email, only to be told that the seats were "No longer available" and I had the option to "Purchase other tickets." They had sold my tickets back to Ticketmaster. Those other tickets were a totally blocked view behind the stage. It ruined my entire concert experience. When I finally got through to StubHub customer service the following week, after chatting with a Bot for 20 minutes, they informed me that I hadn't reported the issue on time and thus could not be assisted. This is the worst worst way to do business. I have never had an experience like this, and I attend many, many concerts. This company does not stand by its brand or word, and I will absolutely NEVER purchase anything through them again.”
