“I did purchase 2 tickets for Celine Dion, it was last minute (3 hours before the event). The website has approved the transaction and indicate the tickets were ready (after less than 30 min.). However, I never receive any email from the service provider (ie. ticketmaster) neither in the spam. All procedure was strictly followed (email spelling correct, nothing no spam, etc...). I have reasked to resent this email, and still no email poped-up. After exchanges with AI bot, it redirects to a human agent who called me after few minutes, to send the email with the ticket link to upload in Fan Wallet. Eventually it works and i saw the concert. So a lot of stress ; I would recommend to get access very quickly to a human agent when such situation occurs because AI repeatly ask about follow the procedure, which was done. The human agent was very reactive by the way. So overall ranking is average thanks to the potitive outcome.”
