“Stubhub worked really hard to make sure my tickets got to me!
I purchase tickets through StubHub and they had to be transferred via the tixr app. In order to do this, the seller had to input my email that was provided into the app correctly in order for them to get transferred. They did not spell my email correctly so I did not receive the tickets as expected. I got a hold of StubHub through the chat and eventually ended up with a person who looked into it and figured out the problem. They called me back about an hour later to try and resolve the issue even further. I had to be on my way to the venue as it was about 90 minutes before the show start. The employee that I worked with worked really hard to get me these tickets... And eventually I saw the notification email come through that they were ready to transfer and I had them about an hour before a show start! Was it a pain and annoying? Yes. Was it stressful? Also yes. Was it StubHub's fault? No - but they fixed it. I appreciate the work that went into this for me... All because the seller couldn't copy and paste an email correctly.”
“All worked well. I got the tickets on time and I could access the event, FC Porto against Aston Villa FC with no issues. Where I was a bit surprised was the fact that the fees for the tickets were not visible before the order. It was a kind of bad surprise. At the end the ambiance and the view were great.”
“I was concerned at first because I only received a photo of a paper ticket with the QR code - I know some venues do not accept photos. Fortunately this theater did accept photos. I had no problem getting in and thoroughly enjoyed my evening.”
“StubHub is a place you can purchase with confidence. I like to see the type of view my seat choice offers prior to buying. It’s even better when it’s an exciting game with a favorable outcome!”
“Seats were great. Transfers were smooth. However finding events is challenging unless you search for specific events. Searching by location alone doesn't list all the events in your area”
“The game tickets were great. We enjoyed the game at Citi Field. The game was Sunday, July 26, 2026. However, Citi Field parking would not accept the Citi Field parking pass I purchased from Stuhub. I purchased the game tickets and parking pass on Saturday, July 25. Actually, I purchased two parking passes from Stubhub on Saturday. One was for $31.00, but when I told my friends (ages 78 and 81; I'm 73) who were accompanying me to the game that the parking was 1.1 miles from the ballpark, they were upset and they asked me to upgrade the parking to a closer lot. I tried to upgrade with Stubhub but Stubhub would not allow me to upgrade. Stubhub allowed me to resell, but when I tried to resell, Stubhub immediately told the pass did not sell. So I paid Stubhub another $81 for a closer parking lot (the Guest lot). When I arrived at Citi Field Sunday (July 26) and asked where the Guest lot is, an attendant pointed me to the main Citi Field parking lot. I drove there. The parking attendant there told me they do not honor Stubhub parking passes in the main Citi Field parking lot and that the Stubhub pass gives me the right to park somewhere else. I asked where. She refused to tell me. She simply said: "Call Stubhub." I asked her again. She replied again, “You must call Stubhub.” I had no phone number for Stubhub, and there were dozens of cars waiting behind me, so the only choice I felt I had if I wanted to enter the ballpark on time for the first pitch was to ask her if I can park in her lot (the main Citi Field parking lot) if I pay for it. She said, "Yes, for $50.00." I paid $50.00 to Citi Field Parking using my credit card and was able to park very close to the ballpark. I am guessing I parked less than 100 feet from the ballpark. It was a great parking space for a low price. The next day, I chatted with Stubhub and asked for a parking refund. Stubhub refused my refund.”
“Price of tickets and no problems entering the event. Some mixup in trying to download the tickets. After learning system will purchase for future events”
