“I got a great ticket that was priced less than it was on Ticketmaster resell and I could buy a single ticket. On Ticketmaster it was listed as 2 tickets. I have been burned before by Stubhub but this was a pleasant and easy experience. Ticket was transferred almost immediately and it ended up being a VIP ticket as well.”
“Worst service ever. They have no authority with the seller which means there is NO guarantee when you buy a ticket that you will actually get the ticket. This means you are screwed when you try to buy anything last minute. Give me the old days when I took cash and went down to the venue to secure a ticket. Stubhub sucks!”
“Stub hub sold tickets for an event that they knew was rescheduled when they sold them in my opinion . Instead of taking the event down or posting it rescheduled, they continue to allow customers to buy tickets that they can’t use until months down the line . If I wanted an event in February, I would have looked for one then !! Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer !”

I transferred them to TicketMaster and enjoyed the wonderful Benson Boone, I didn't want to leave and can hardly wait to go to another concert, when in my surrounding area and/or State. Yes, Benny Boone is THAT great a talent. Blows all other artists out of the water. Artist's like this are extinct!!!”
