“Stay away from Stubhub! When I bought a ticket for the concert, they had an identical option button to purchase parking. That PARKING was over 9 MILES AWAY! They charged my credit card over $40. I contacted them and they were not helpful at all. After getting this charge off my card... I recieved a dispute from them! I had to re-explain to the card company to get the charges off again! Oh, and by the way the venue where the concert was had frr parking!!! BIG TIME SCAMMERS!”
“For some reason the tickets I originally purchased were not available at gametime. It took a while to get through to StubHub, but once I had a person on the phone, they resolved my issue by finding me seats that were acutally better than the ones I purchased. When they say they have the FanProtect guarantee, it actually exists, and they put it to use when needed.”

I tried to contact customer service via chat after the event but was told I had to contact them the day of the event, even though they do not list a phone number on their website. Do not trust this company, they don't guarantee your tickets and will rip you off. There is no recourse with this company if something goes wrong. STAY AWAY!”
“The concert and venue was great and our seats were great and I am a big believer in STUB Hub The only issue I had is for some reason the tickets didnot download to my stub hub app on my I phone. I had to go to the original email not sure why the actual tickets didnot show The event was listed but no tickets. My next events the tickets are in my app on my phone and I purchases those tickets prior to the Eagles tickets”
“Our tickets never ended up being delivered for bad bunnys concert in puerto rico (13 september 2025) and when we enquired while waiting at the event in the rain, they promised us a better ticket but instead gave is a no view ticket behind the stage and lighting which was not worth all the money we spent for the section we selected and traveling to puerto rico”
