“The play was wonderful, and I was glad to have gotten the tickets for a reasonable price. I wasn't happy that I was given a certain row when I ordered, but I ended up 13 rows further back. I wasn't given any warning before my tickets arrived. I had only gotten the tickets 24 hours before my event, so even if I wanted to change, it was too late.”
“I was told it even says on my order I was getting a specific row but they have upgrades that you are not warned about. It’s awesome but when you are buying tickets in a certain place for a specific reason it’s not. Protection plan also does nothing and there’s no refund. Usually I don’t speak out about things like this but I am genuinely so confused and do not trust this company.”
“I bought a ticket for an event that was postponed indefinitely, and not only did I later discover that it was cheaper on other, more reliable platforms, but I also requested a refund because I won't be able to attend the event at that location anymore, since I don't live in that state permanently. They were told that the only thing I can do is wait for a definitive date for when they reschedule it (which could be a long time from now), and then try to sell the ticket, and if I can't, well, I've lost all my money and it's basically not their problem!”
