“I didn’t get the tickets until 2 hours before the show started. And I had to call Stubhub to remind the seller to release the tickets. Why would Stubhub allow the resellers to hold on the tickets for so long after the tickets were sold?”

“Terrible experience with StubHub. They act as an intermediary. When I bought my tickets for the event, they were my only option. They must be spending a fortune on advertising and marketing. The tickets eventually came from Ticketmaster - I could have gone directly to them. I'm sure I paid double the markup. I also purchased parking passes from StubHub for the event - a total fiasco. The StubHub site said the passes were ready and also that they weren't available. Which is it? Then got another message that the parking pass would be available the day of the event. Day of event, got a message that yet another vendor had my parking passes but I received no email from them. When I contact that company, they had no record of who I was and had no way of contacting StubHub. Spent an hour on the phone with StubHub customer service - they assured me it would be taken care of. No. Got an email from StubHub two hours before the event that my parking passes were ready. Wasn't true. Never got an email with the parking pass information - yes, I checked my junk folder numerous times. Caused a lot of stress. Will never go through StubHub again. Had to call back the next day to get a refund. They said they were processing it. We'll see. But what happened? I ordered the parking passes six months earlier and made several inquires during that time to get them. My feeling is that for certain events, they have no way of actually processing parking passes so they take your money and hope you don't complain about it.”
“I had been a long time customer of stubhub. Going back maybe two decades. Anyway, 2024 was the worse customer experience I have ever had. I had to purchase several duplicate ticket from Seat Geek so I would not miss the sporting events which resulted in thousands of dollar wasted. Meanwhile, stubhub seemed more annoyed that I was asking for a refund for tickets never delivered. One rep asked me if I was just lying and trying to get a free refund. I immediately made a decision never to do business with these guys ever again.”
“Stubhub is awful!! I purchased tickets to a concert. Took a screen shot before I bought the tickets. When my purchased was confirmed, it was the wrong section. After many many calls and emails, I got no where!!! They are dishonest, the employees are manipulated and I will never ever use this site again!!”
“I bought tickets to a concert which was canceled by the artist. They kept my money from July until December. They refused to give me a refund and drug this out for months. If I wasn't such a persistent person, I would never have gotten my money back. They lied to me repeatedly about when I would get my money back. Extreme traumatic.
