“My padre tickets were bought easily. However, I clicked to check tickets for Phantom of the opera in San Diego, but I did not ever purchase them. However, I received an email saying I bought two tickets for a total of $761.50. I was shocked. I was told there were no refunds. After two hours of trying to get this resolved, we decided to go to the show rather than waste all that money. When we went to look at our tickets, there were two blue vertical lines in them, and they were invalid. After another hour at the box office, I was lucky enough to get a sympathetic man on the phone who said he would give me a refund since the show had already started 40 minutes ago, and the tickets were invalid We immediately took our credit card off Stubhub. If I ever choose to use it again, I will buy the tickets and then remove my credit card so this will never happen again.”

I think they need to change the rating system for the seats because the seats for the second men's semi final were NOT great seats as the reviews implied.”
