“My tickets worked out but I was petrified the entire time until I scanned into my concert. Hayley Williams had these tickets on lockdown and I wasn’t sure if it would work out. It did. Thank you stubhub, but a 50% fee on a ticket is actually truly insane.”
“well first off I'm 79 years old, use a cellphone and laptop but do not challenge either one more or less just float at the top of usage simplicity. so we had to get tickets to the drake relays to watch our grandson run and found less expensive tickets at the Stubhub site and bought them. it was my dream they would transfer right away but that's not how the system works as the venue, in my case drake, has to release them and I could not make sense that they had released , so had to talk with Sam and Kimberly at Stubhub and they guided me down the stream that is the computers processing and showed my adult daughter my ticket evidence and she transferred them to an identifiable screen and we got in the venue fine and saw him run twice so all went well. I'm still in that learning phase with the whole digital process of learning to just trust that process and everyone at Stubhub helped me do just that , trust the process. thanks”
“Be careful guys. StubHub is selling parking passess whith operating times that do not align with the events e.g. I was going to an event until 4am and the parking would not allow us to pickuo the car until 7 am. We could not use the pass and StubHub stole our money.”

The Madrid open was really amazing. They did an outstanding job with the large crowds. Plenty to do between matches. Food and beverage options all over and very reasonable. Our tickets allowed us to move between several of their 14 world class courts. We had a great time.”
“Received tickets in time but only after calling to request early release. Otherwise, they would have been released at the time of the event. Everyone was helpful but wish it was policy to release tickets sooner.”
