“Tickets were sent day before, which was a little nerve wrecking, but they were delivered in time and they worked for the correct seat/section so it’s all good! I just wish tickets could be sent at least a few days before the show just for the sake of peace of mind but it’s understandable. As long as they get there in time.”

“Used them to buy a parking pass at SAP Center. Showed the pass was for main parking at SAP center. When I received the pass it was for a parking lot north of the airport, not close at all. Took an hour on the phone and still didn't get my refund. I have to send my tickets back even after the pass is expired, then it will take 5 business days to get my refund. Waste of time and money. Don't use stubhub.”
