“Great price, email instructions easy to follow. It was my first time buying tickets through the app so I was a little bit unsure as it took longer to get the email with the tickets information and instructions on how to get the tickets on your phone but it was worth it. You have 10 min from the moment you choose the tickets to complete the purchase than you get an email notification with your order number and have to wait for email instructions. Once you get it, asked to download FIFA app, your follow instructions to create an account with the email provided, you choose your own password than you get an access code via email and once you’re sing in you get to see your tickets. I got $14 tickets and friends and family paid $65 for theirs so I got a pretty good deal! I’ll be getting more tickets for sure! Thanks”
“Very disappointed – felt completely scammed by StubHub
I purchased a $173 parking pass on StubHub just an hour before soccer event in Philadelphia .When I arrived at 9:10 PM, all gates were closed except Gate Q. There, the staff scanned my pass and told me it had already been used three times earlier that day. The manager confirmed it was invalid and also said they do not work with StubHub. Then they offered to let me in if I paid another $30 in cash—completely unprofessional and shady.
I spent over 40 minutes trying to resolve it, called StubHub customer support, and was repeatedly put on hold. I couldn’t get through to anyone in time and eventually had to leave. I missed the entire event because there was nowhere else to park safely.
StubHub completely failed me. Their platform sold me a fraudulent parking pass, offered no timely support, and ruined my night. I demand a full refund not only for the parking pass but also for my event tickets—I couldn’t attend because of StubHub’s negligence. This was a total scam, and I will never use StubHub again. Hire better support staff and stop selling fake tickets.”
“My wife and I had a great time at Great America Ballpark. The last time that I saw a game in Cincinnati was in 1984 when the Reds retired Johnny Bench’s number.”
“My husband ordered tickets for FIFA Club World Cup semi-final. Bought them and were waiting for the tickets to be delivered, we had purchased great seats in the closest section to the field available. Got an email one day before the game, claiming they upgraded my tickets because the original tickets purchased were unavailable. They "upgraded" us from the closest section to the nosebleeds. The only solution was to refund me and no recourse for getting the original tickets purchased. We ended up buying new tickets from TicketMaster instead. Keep in mind, we were driving nearly 4 hours away to see the game.”
“The pricing was excellent, site was easy to navigate and sort by best deal. Plenty of availability and price was even less than the primary sellers website, thank you!”
“I have used you guys many many times. Generally a great experience. Let's face it, you can't get good concert tix from the main ticket retailers. But this was the second time I bought baseball tickets. The first time was for th World Series game. Right before the game, the seller backed out. I did not realize they could do that!! I was panicked! Thankfully, your wonderful customer service rep found even better ones for me, alls well that ends well. This game, when we got up to the ticket person, the tickets would not scan. They read "invalid". I was panicked once again. I had 5 other people with me counting on me. They rerouted me to a special ticket person and she was able to find my purchase and override the error, but that was not pleasant. So, like with most things, there is good and bad. I would not buy anything again that could be purchased on a traditional ticket site. Thanks!”
