Stubhub would not give me a refund under their 100% guarantee because they said I did not call the day of the concert. The policy says you are encouraged to call not that you have to. Customer service is horrible and says because I did not call the day of the concert they will not give me a refund. It clearly states under their policy you need to contact them within 7 days after the event for a refund. Do not buy from them. They are scammers.”
“Stubhub tickets were pricey compared to the original ticket cost of 35 dollars. The experience was amazing 10/10 would recommend to anyone, but especially with children. The homerun derby in between innings is a great experience and opportunity to catch a ball. The players were awesome and signed autographs and gave balls out. After the game all the players met with the fans for a "block party" took pictures signed autographs face to face with the fans for atleast 45 minutes. My kids told me this was the best baseball game they ever experienced. Thanks chilli peppers for putting on a great event! My only gripe is how expensive the tickets cost compared to what the chilli peppers cost, I paid over 300 for 4 tickets that cost 35 each originally.”
“I purchased tickets to the Red Clay Strays show in CLT. I was told the tickets would be delivered the day of the show, the tickets never arrived and I had to purchase through Ticket Master standing in line to get in the show. They did reimburse my money but what a pain!!!”

Selection is good, pricing is reasonable (even with fees), and their web site is reliable and relatively easy to use for e-tickets. I haven't had good luck with event parking purchases, but that may be the garages problem.”
