The process to order and receive my tickets was great but the day before my event I received a call from someone claiming to be StubHub. They said they sent me the wrong tickets and will email me. I did not give them any of my personal information but they emailed me a form stating I am unhappy with my tickets and will refund my tickets. They wanted the tickets back. That of course was not how our original phone conversation went. I looked up the number and it seemed to be coming from Viagogo (877-263-2410). Her name was Elaine. Weird, I ignored this but found it alarming. Either way, my tickets were fine and I had a great time at the concert.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was promised a refund two months ago and despite 27 phone calls and over 40 hours on hold, I’m still being told it’s “with management” and “being processed.” We’ve spent a lot of money with this company over the years, and I’ve never experienced customer service this poor. There’s zero accountability, and no follow-through. Frankly, it’s embarrassing on their part. Customers deserve better than this.

Horrible! They kept telling me my tickets were on the way, but then it was an hour before the show and I called a number to find out seller didn’t follow through. Why did I have to be the one to initiate that? Now I have been waiting a month for my refund and they keep saying it takes time. Never ever again will I use stubhub

We purchased 2 sets of tickets within 48 hours to see 2 different Broadway shows. Both sets of tickets were sent to my phone almost immediately. Description of the view from our seats was spot on for both plays. The fees were steep but that’s what you pay for sold out shows.

I have purchased parking passes several times from StubHub. They tend to have the most competitive prices, so I keep coming back. I would give five stairs except for two consistent areas that need improvement: pass not available until the day of the event and no directions to the specific lot from event officials. If the event is in the morning (football game) then it can be stressful waiting for the pass to arrive if you want to tailgate early. Night events are not an issue. However, the directions for parking is VERY stressful. The Orange Bowl parking was a nightmare without any directions, waiting in lines only to be redirected multiple times, the lot was full when I finally arrived, missed the first quarter of the game being stuck in traffic for nearly three hours trying to find a parking spot. Same thing happened in Vegas for a concert but we left hours early so we got a spot, but had difficulty with closed roads because we never received any communications on how to approach the area. I have purchased parking tickets from other sites and they have specific links that access official event communications for parking. When StubHub has this (most immediate experience, the link didn’t work), then it’s five stars all the way!

Electronic tickets came quickly and we enjoyed our seats. We used StubHub to secure seats while visiting another city and will be using the platform again to buy tickets closer to home.

Good experience. I didn't receive my tickets until about 4 hours before the event. This is what I was told when I inquired but that time I had flown across the country to the event so not having tickets until then did add alot of stress. In the end it was fine but that wasn't ideal in my opinion.

Link to tickets was received via email on time. Had no problems adding tickets to the MLB app (I bought Phillies tickets). Easy scan from phone at the stadium.

The Stibhub site was great with actual views from the seats to choose from. However the tickets I received were not the ones I picked out. They put me and my family right behind the sound booth. I tried to return the tickets to get the ones I wanted but they said Ticketmaster had until 230pm on the day of the event to get them sent to me. I was concerned that if I waited til then that if there was another issue I would not have time to sort it out with StubHub and Ticketmaster so I cancelled the transfer back to Ticketmaster as just kept the seats behind the sound booth. While our view was obstructed, it was not as bad as I thought and we ended up being under the canopy in case it rained, so that was good. Wishing I would have splurged for closer seats. Seeing Sean Paul up close is necessary!!! I would have preferred not to have all the nonsense of having to contact StubHub and Ticketmaster and having the anxiety of should I wait for them to correct the issue or just keep the tickets they gave me so me and my family don’t miss the show. It was an uncomfortable situation to be in for several days.

Total scam! I received different ticket than what I purchased. Customer service made me wait until one hour before the event and said they would provide a corrected ticket or refund but then they made me jump through a bunch of hoops and never gave me a ticket or a refund.

I was really looking forward to attending the event, but unfortunately, my experience with StubHub was quite disappointing. The tickets I purchased never arrived, which was incredibly frustrating. Although they issued me new tickets, I was only able to get seats on the 400 level instead of the original 200 level seats I had purchased and was hoping for. Additionally, I was promised a voucher as part of the resolution, but I never received it. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, there has been no follow-through on that promise. While I understand that issues can arise, the lack of communication and follow-up has left me quite disappointed. I hope StubHub will improve their process to better support customers in similar situations in the future.

We had an issue with getting tickets and stubhub made it right and we ended up with better tickets than we started with at the same price!! Great customer service!!

StubHub always responds in real Time When there is an issue with tickets and they resolve it right away. I always buy my tickets on StubHub bc the customer service is better than other third party providers
