“Completely misleading and a scam. Purchased tickets from StubHub back in February for a Luke Bryan concert in Toronto in July. Order confirmation said tickets would be released on day of concert by 4:00 p.m. Received e-mail that tickets were released but no tickets were received. Spent more than 2 hours on phone and virtual chat with agent who said they were 'working on it'...long story short, they could not reach the original seller, there was some sort of 'technical difficulty' I never received my tickets, and since there were no tickets available, just told me the only option was a refund. This is an hour before the concert while we were at the gates of the venue! Spent hundreds in travel and hotels only to miss the concert and unclear when or if the refund is coming in. Complete scam and will never use StubHub again. Buyer beware!”
“The entire experience was easy. Purchased the tickets as well as the parking pass. Seamless and easy to use while being hassle free. Great experience.”
“Easy execution of order.
The tickets were advertised as being in the “on deck circle” when in reality they were at the opposite end of the visitors dugout, in the first row with a fairly limited perspective. Many of the other seats in that first row were empty, so I felt like I overpaid for the seats that I got.”
“I’d give them zero stars if I could. Like other people have said their customer service is absolutely horrible. Been on the phone multiple times for hours trying to find out where my credit went to when a concert we were to attend 5 years ago was cancelled. Stubhub said they can see our credit on their end but we can’t access it. They keep saying they’re sending it to upper management and they will get back to us and we ask why we can’t talk to upper management ourselves and they say it’s under review and they will get back to us. Not once in 3 months have they emailed or called us. We just get the run around every time we call. I will just mention that you’re taking a risk of losing your money if you use them so don’t !!”
“Tickets for the game was fast and easy. I opted to pay for parking as well at the cost of $129.00. The emailed me an address on bolyston street, then when I went to download tickets it changed to commwelth. When we got to commwelth, parking was $35.00 . What's going on?”
“Stay away! They never delivered my tickets then told me I had to drive 1.5 hours to the event in the hopes that the ticket would arrive to be able to get a refund. SCAM”
“It was easy to locate ticket on app and scan easily. I appreciated recieving a text that my ticket was ready days in advance and was given notice about when the actual ticket would be available.”
“I purchased 2 tickets to a baseball game and all went well. I received several communications regarding the event and my tickets and had no issues throughout the process.”
