“Never been to the uptown theater where the event is being held. StubHub sold me a $40 parking pass twenty blocks away from the event in a terrible part of KC. They do not tell you they sub parking to a 3rd party so you cannot cancel and refund. Turns out the theater offers free parking across the street in 3 different lots. Never, ever, will I buy anything from StubHub again. Be warned.”

“I bought tickets for an out of town concert a month early. I paid $530 for AC/DC in Nashville, flying in from San Diego. First off it took me nearly 3 weeks and multiple phone calls with customer service to finally get the tickets downloaded and in my possession. Finally got them. The concert was postponed a day and I could not attend because I was flying out that morning. Talked to customer service and they told me to sell them, that was the only way I could get my money back. Couldn’t sell them because I couldn’t get in my account and was locked out. So I missed the concert and lost $530. I will never use StubHub again and will encourage others not too as well. The whole experience was awful. I wish I could leave them zero stars.”
“If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful customer service. They had false advertising which led to the purchase of the wrong tickets. I tried to rectify the situation but was unable to get the help I needed. I ended up selling the tickets and followed their transfer process. They told me to use ticketmaster as the main selling site which I did. Now I cannot transfer to the buyer and I have to pay out stub hub and ticketmaster which is double the price now. Horrendous site…. STAY AWAY!!”
“Hi I bought tickets on stub hub and i was unaware that they were canceled and i tried to sell them because i cant get those days off anymore and now stub hub is charging me $600. order numbers: 556056999, 8933114790 I clicked on the ticket on stub hub and it had the option to sell and it made me believe that there was nothing wrong with the ticket Later I got a lot of emails from stub hub that i need to send it and i was confused because, shouldn't stub hub already have the tickets ?”
