“Absolute garbage and most of all illegal practices within customer service, completely illegal practices - they hold tickets you bought hostage, won't allow you to resell, and have the most untrained low functioning incapable of problem solving customer services agents (I spoke to 10+ agents over 10 days so my sampling was large). Now I understand for the first time in my life why people requisition the options for ZERO stars because giving 1 is too generous. I am appalled.”
“Terrible! Ruined my entire trip. I bought my tickets 8 months ahead which stubhub said I couldn’t receive the tickets until day of concert. The day of the concert cane and they never gave me my tickets. I spoke to their customer service for hours and about 10x that day. I was 5 hours away for a concert and kept telling them I needed my tickets. They did nothing!! I was finally refunded after my concert started!!!! The concert was completely sold out (even though I had bought tickets they wouldn’t give to me). I had to buy resale for over 2x the price of my original tickets that stubhub stole. It was so stressful, and so much money wasted thanks to stubhub. They do not have good customer service. Absolutely terrible. I will NEVER buy tickets from stubhub again. If you want to miss your event/concert then buy your tickets from stubhub. If you actually want to attend an event, buy your tickets elsewhere. Avoid them at all cause!!”

Purchased three mobile tickets to a concert but was not able to accept/download them. I eventually called customer support so I could get a refund.
Two different representatives told me I'd receive an email and would be able to claim a refund. Finally got an email but there was no option to request a refund.
When I called back (for the third time) the representative told me I could not get a refund. I'll never be using stubhub again.”

Spent an hour trying to contact customer support only to get no response besides an AI assistant telling me they couldn't refund. Finally got support two days later and the refused a refund because I hadn't contacted support in the moment despite my attempts to do so. Never again.”

There was absolutely nothing they can do. They gave no information of who to contact said I couldn’t get any credit no matter what you said or what shape or form you asked. They had no customer service at all, no sympathy for anything that had happened all they can say is they have policies”
“I bought VIP tickets for my friend and I from StubHub 5 months before the concert. A month later I got an email from Stubhub stating the buyer violated the Terms and Conditions. We would either be able to get comparable tickets, GA tickets or a refund. I had called about it and they said once it gets closer to the concert, I would get an email giving us further information. About 2 months before the concert I still had not heard anything. I saw cheaper VIP tickets on Ticketmaster. With the ok from a manager from Stubhub who guaranteed we can choose refund once we get the email I bought the tickets. The day of the concert I got an email from Stubhub that they have tickets for us, but no ability to choose refund. I called Stubhub on the way to the venue and fought with them for 1.5 hrs to give us a refund. They kept saying that since the buyer came through we have to take the tickets. After a long while I was able to talk with a manager who finally told me I will receive an email the next day providing me the option for a refund. 2 wks later I still have not received that email. What a nightmare!!!”

Stubhub made me jump through multiple hoops such as creating multiple website account's to sell tickets, not giving me tickets until right before the event, not letting the ticket names be changed to the buyers information. Absolutely disgrace of a company.”
