“Placed order way in advance, said tickets will be able to claim later, the day of the show I tried claiming tickets and tickets were not found, called customer service and they said the seller emailed to the wrong email and would get back to me in a couple hours, this is all happening within 5 hrs of the show and I have friends driving over an hour to get here, very stressful experience definitely will not use StubHub again! Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere reliable. I didnt even realize stubhub was from resale tickets.”
“It was my first time buying tickets from stub hub. Purchasing them was easy. I did not like that the seller doesn't have to send you the tickets until three hours before the show. It made me nervous. They came the day before. But really when you pay for the tickets you should receive the tickets then. Fortunately everything went smoothly. The show was amazing.”

“Great concert! I was super excited to attend the B-52s/Devo concert. The crowd was energetic and the performances were worth the travel to Toronto. My only complaint, is the convenience fee charged for each ticket is a bit high, but, that is something that will never go away. Ticket purchase was easy and convenient.”
“The show itself was excellent. The venue was an AXS entry only venue and my stubhub tickets did not transfer to my AXS app, no order or tickets found in AXS. The email said there would be directions when the claim ticket button was pressed but no directions came up. This led to hours of messaging and calls between myself, stubhub and AXS which could have been prevented with better instructions and/or better communication between apps. Also getting the tickets delivered the day of the show really is unacceptable.”

“Bought Georgia @Tennessee football tickets for my son's first SEC experience. Tickets did not come at game time so after hours trying to locate them, a representative finally called me. My son was an hour late for the event bevause of this. I was promised at least a 25% discount 4 different times. I have screenshots. The refund was supposed to take place at 4 today. Not there. They lied and ripped me off. Do not waste your time with this place! Trust me. Customer service isn't in America and they do not honor their commitment. I have screenshots ill share with anybody who wants to see.”
