“I had to make at least five phone calls to eventually resolve issue. That was second time in about five months where I had to make multiple calls to receive tickets.”

“Stub hub never secured my ticket and stalled all the way up until the hour before the event the offered me mediocre seats that were worth far less than I paid. They even refused to refund me for the parking at the event I didn’t attend.”
“I know that was a hectic day due to the storm on Thursday night. I just wish it was more staff to assist me. It was me and three other ladies that got lost. I was unaware it was underground parking. The parking was bad. My boots were damaged. Then we finally found staff to assist us. Yes it will be a memorable moment, but Beyoncé concert was amazing for my very first time. Thank you hopefully I will be back in the near future.”

We almost did not make it in to the venue because the people at the desk REFUSED to help us retrieve our tickets on my phone. We are in our mid-seventies and it was a new experience to use our phone to enter. They clearly stated that they do not use Stub Hub and so... no help available!! As we left the area, a nice young man stepped up and helped us. You need to work with Agua Caliente to fix this issue or make it easier to pull up our info on our phones. Terrible customer service for both companies.”
