“Sold tickets via stubhub for the Champions League Final, no notice whatsoever, was told to wait for the payout of $5,500. Money didnt come and then after 2 months they said customer could not use the ticket upon entry hence, we received a ban and no money was received”
“I bought a ticket for the game at the Benfica Stadium in Lisbon for €42. Upon entering, I discovered that the ticket had already been redeemed, so someone was apparently already inside.
StubHub seems to be selling one ticket multiple times.
I can only urge you to use common sense and not be swayed too quickly by the idea of a great event. Standing outside a stadium and not being allowed in despite paying €42 is not a great feeling!”
“Had an issue with a parking ticket on top of stubhub taking out $21 I also had to pay $40 to park for the concert to get in . Now stubhub doesn’t want to do anything because my event is all already over I understand but it was money still spent they should give something back . I would
NEVER get tickets from this site again . Their customer service is terrible also
No care in the world .”
“I posted tickets then sold them on another site. I removed the tickets. I had $600.00 taken out of my account by Stubhub. My complaint was not never considered. DO NOT use this company.”
“Excellent experience. All aspects were seamless. I have used StubHub for years. There is a lot of competition out there but I keep going back to the one I trust- StubHub.”
“Bought a pair of tickets to a concert and arrived at our seats to find out they were not together, despite being listed as such. Could not get a refund or credit from StubHub despite immediately reaching out. This company is complete trash - use a diff ticket reseller.”
“Everything was smooth until it was time to pull up the tickets for game day. That part was confusing and frustrating. I had a stadium employee help. Everything else was good.”
“StubHub is a trash company. I bought tickets for a Beyonce concert on July 4th. They told me the tickets would be released to me 24 hours before the concert. I never got them. They kept telling me to wait all day for them and they would get back to me by 5. It turns out that they let the reseller sell them even though he was waiting to buy them from someone else. And that person never gave them to him. Then they offered me lower quality tickets that were cheaper and would not refund the $300 difference.
And then when we get to the venue at Northwest Stadium. The tickets do not work and we were held outside for a while before they finally decided to let is in.
What kind of company allows people to resell tickets that they dont even have. Where is the verification process.
They also would not refund or compensate me back in anyway.
Trash!”
