“Get there when the gates open to visit Monument Park. The Gate 8 line was long and so was the line to Monument Park but they move very fast. So don't give up.”
“The experience purchasing my game tickets was great. My experience with my parking pass was not good. It was not anything close to what I was expecting. I didn’t have access to parking space until 5:05pm. Only 1 hour before the game with a ridiculous distance to walk to the stadium. We were a few blocks east of Hwy 360. We did not use parking space and spent $20 more for another space very close to the stadium. I will never use Stub Hub for parking passes again. You need to give more detail to your customer as to time restrictions and actual location of the parking spot. I may consider purchasing game tickets again if I get a refund on this parking pass. “No issues at all with our purchase. The venue however (Bergen Pac) failed to mention on their website or when I called, that there was a town event going on that same night right outside the theatre and we ended missing the first 30 minutes of the show because of all the extra traffic and inability to get to the parking because of all the street closures. Unacceptable as far as BergenPac is considered, but again StubHUB purchase was great with no issues.”
