“I would recommend Stubhub. I had my ticket for my event well in advance and the process was easy. My only complaint is that the process to print tickets should be a little easier to figure out (I had no access to my phone at the event)”

I was told to wait until the day of the concert, just a few hours before the event, to see if they might appear in my Ticketmaster account—but nothing ever showed up. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process. I wasted my time and money, and I will never purchase through them again. Do not trust this platform.”

I was pleasantly surprised to find a great ticket for a good price and very low fees on StubHub. Hadn't used Stubhun in awhile but will start checking them again in the future!”

“We bought tickets to a show that was eventually cancelled. Stubhub asked us to provide proof of cancellation, which we did, several times. Each time they told us the issue would be escalated and we would receive notification in 3-5 business days. We never heard back. This has been going on for over a month. We are reporting this to our credit card company as fraud.”
