“StubHub refuses to list the "all-in" price on it's website. Even after class action litigation, Stubhub refuses to comply with this consumer focused practise.”

The reseller person contacted me by email with both tickets, so this may cause some stress because I was expecting to received all the information thru the official site.”

“I had a good experience with Stubhub regarding event tickets. I did not like having to wait 8 hours for FedEx to deliver the parking pass. THAT in today's world is ridiculous! It required a signature!! I received tickets via technology but the actual parking pass had to be delivered and could not be left without signature. That is a pain!”
“Purchased mezzanine seating tickets six weeks before concert. 24 hours prior to concert, we receive an email that the seller was âunable to locate the ticketsâ and has alternative tickets in the much cheaper general admission area. Right! The seller obviously sold our tickets at a higher price. 14 hour drive, gas, food, hotel costs for nothing! DO NOT purchase tickets through Stubhub. “I bought 7 tickets a couple of months before a comedy event. They were transferred into Ticketmaster, but the day before the event 3 of my tickets were transferred into someone elseâs name. Ticketmaster said the tickets had a faulty barcode, and StubHub sold me bad tickets. They have NOT refunded my money. Huge scam.”

“I bought tickets to Jelly Roll. While looking at different options there were some tickets that said they were an âobstructed viewâ so I made sure to avoid these. Ended up with an obstructed view anyway.
I did receive the tickets well before the concert and they worked just fine at the door. So overall it was okay. But I would suggest getting yourself acquainted with the venue you are looking at and making sure youâll have a good view from where youâre sitting.
Iâm happy the tickets were legit and we had a great time regardless but I wouldnât have bought those seats had they informed me they were obstructed. Our only saving grace was them showing the concert on a big screen in front of us.”
“Purchased three spring training games from Stubhub for last weekend. All three had troubles and refunds have been difficult to obtain. First was rained out and there policy is to provide a refund. Took a week of arguing with them to get the refund. Second game the tickets were never delivered and again refund was difficult. Third the tickets bought were not the seats as advertised and Stubhub refuses to provide any partial refund for the seats not being delivered as advertised. they seem to have a failed understanding of the law as it relates to false advertising.”
“Horrible. I will never use StubHub again. The worst possible place to purchase. They place fees low to allure you then BAM. They tack on $50 or MORE per ticket purchased! And it shows up so late that itâs easy to miss. Customer service canât do anything. Beware!”
“The event tickets I received were not the same as were advertised. I contacted StubHub to try to fix their mistake, however they did nothing to fix their error, and only tried to get me to send the tickets back with an email stating I wouldn't even get a refund.
The tickets are emailed mere hours before the event, giving very little time for purchasers to fix any errors, should there be any.
Be careful making any purchases through StubHub as their sales practice is deceitful, and fraudulant.”
“Will never used Stubhub again, terrible service. Never got my tickets in time. Put in refund request and never got any response. Followed up and was told they never received my request. I had proof that they are having issues with their chat platform but they didnât care. They donât deserve any stars.”
