“This was a total last minute plan..... I didn't have tickets to see HEART, but had wanted to see them for years. One thing led to another and I was never able to go, until this time! Great seats! SUPER CONVENIENT! And the show was amazing, but that had nothing to do with Stubhub or the seller----just good Karma! Great and super convenient experience. Will definitely use it again!”
“Buyer Beware: StubHub Failed to Deliver Our Tickets
We are extremely disappointed with StubHub. Despite “purchasing” tickets in March for a June performance in NYC, StubHub failed to deliver. We spent thousands of dollars on travel and accommodations, only to be turned away at the theater because the tickets were never transferred.
StubHub claims “all sales are final,” but that only applies to buyers—not sellers. The seller can cancel or simply decide not to send the tickets, and StubHub offers no protection for the buyer in that scenario. In reality, when you “buy” tickets on StubHub, you’re not actually purchasing them—you’re buying the possibility of receiving them. Until the seller follows through, you have nothing.
Even theater staff told us this kind of situation with StubHub happens often.
StubHub favors the seller, not the buyer. Don’t trust that a confirmed order means guaranteed tickets.
So again—buyer beware.”

“Easy to use and to choose seating areas. Would have appreciated being able to specify which seats in the row that we were getting. The mobile download was great and it went instantly into my Ticketmaster account which was reassuring. Your fees are high though, and that made me wince a bit. But overall, it was a show I wanted to see, I was too late to get tickets the regular way, and you got me to an event that I otherwise would never have made it to and so I am grateful.”
