“I requested parking tickets for the Tampa Bay/Yankees game on July 9th. I received one parking pass but did not receive the other one. Stub Hub acted quickly and gave me a refund for the one that was not delivered. Great customer experience and we had a great time at the game. Stubhub will be go to place for tickets!!”
“Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend selling tickets through StubHub.
In my case, I was informed that my ticket transaction had been canceled and that my tickets would be returned to me. However, that did not happen. I attended the event and personally observed that the same seats were occupied by other attendees, while my tickets were never restored to my account. Despite this, I was still assessed substantial seller charges.
From my perspective, this created a situation where I lost control of my tickets, someone else was able to use them, and I was nevertheless held financially responsible. I believe this raises serious concerns about the platform’s handling of ticket cancellations, seller protections, and internal controls.
The seller penalties I was asked to pay were, in my view, excessive and disproportionate to the circumstances.
Until StubHub can provide greater transparency and stronger protections for sellers, I would strongly caution anyone considering selling tickets on this platform. My experience left me questioning whether sellers are adequately protected when disputes arise.”

“Beware of buying tickets from StubHub. I have a known a few people now that have been scammed out of tickets. Tickets were paid for but never transferred. Many hours were wasted with customer service trying to get the original or even replacement tickets as promised. Customer service promised numerous times to call back and never did. The only reason they get a 2 is because after a long, grueling process, the funds were eventually refunded, but who wants to go through that. I would recommend buying tickets through another vendor as StubHub seems to be a high target for scammers these days.”
