“They listed my tickets and thr incorrect (waaay too low) price and then charged me almost $200 when I immediately canceled the sale. I put in one number and they defaulted to another one. Not my error. I should not be charged. Disputed and waiting for a response.”
“I'm only giving Stubhub one stair because it's not possible to give them zero stars. We purchased Aerosmith tickets, and the concert was cancelled. On August 3, I replied to their email asking for a refund and not the 120% credit they offered. The refund was supposed to be given within 10 business days. After 11 business days we had not received the refund, so I called customer service. I was told they couldn't refund the money to a credit card, and I would have to add my paypal to the stubhub account for refunding. We were never told this before! This evidently re-started the 10 business day to refund. After 10 more business days, I again called and they said they would escalate a request for payment, which I had been told before. At this point, I'm not sure we will eve receive a refund. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING STUBHUB!”
“Do NOT Buy tickets. Our concert was cancelled while travelling. They postponed the concert to a future date (6 months from the date we will be travelling to this concert spot). “I purchased a parking ticket suposedly at the Giant's stadium. We are not from the area. Once we printed the tickets we noticed it said Redd's Restaurant Parking Lot. There's no one to speak to other than the poor people that answer the phone. Keep getting the run around. They even tried to tell me they gave me the money at one point, which they did not. They told me to check with my bank because the issue was on their end, it was not. Do not use them!”
“I bought 2 tickets for the Pink Tacoma concert. The tickets were suppose to be sent by the seller the day of the concert. When I didn’t receive the tickets I called customer service and they had me choose a different seller. They gave me replacement tickets because the seller wouldn’t release my tickets that I had paid for. The replacement tickets still were not showing up because the seller wouldn’t release them either and I am sitting outside the concert waiting for them. I had traveled 8 hours to see Pink. I called them and asked them to refund my money because I just bought tickets at the box office of the Tacoma Dome. They said they would and then all of a sudden the seller sent the tickets 5 minutes before the concert was to start. They said there was nothing they could do. What made it worse was that the stubhub worker told me that it was all my fault. So I was stuck with 4 tickets because they wanted to jerk me around until the concert started.”
“I highly recommend NO ONE to use Stubhub! They are pure crooks and thieves! I bought tickets for Aerosmith Toronto and the event was cancelled. I requested a cash credit/refund. It’s been a month since I was told I’d get my money and I’ve gotten nothing but excuses and runarounds. I was promised my refund weeks ago and I am not getting any answers or seeing my money. I advise everyone to avoid using Stubhub and stick to Ticketmaster. Much safer and more honest”
“Ordered my tickets for a football game back In July and the game was in September. The day of the even came and i never received my tickets. I had multiple phone calls with Stubhub and was reassured I would have my tickets before my event started. And I was basically told to wait an hour before the event and they would send me a link to get new ones… the seller never processed my tickets.. and they just said I had to wait. Needless to say I will NEVER use Stubhub again as SeatGeek is better and way more trustworthy..”
“I don't even want to give one star - they deserve "0". I bought tickets to a concert for my wife on our anniversary (paid $721). I downloaded the tickets with QR code and stored in my Iphone wallet until it was time for concert. When i tried to pull the tickets up in my wallet on the iphone they were gone. They had transferred to expired passes and the QR code was gone. Upon finally reaching stubhub - all they did was apologize and offered my tickets with an obstructed view in exchange (what a joke!). I'm still working on the refund but it still doesn't change the fact that we missed out on an event we bought tickets to 6 months prior and then we didn't get to go. Now i have to deal with the mess of getting a refund!! When Stubhub indicated it was a verified purchase, i thought i was ok - how can they not lock up the QR code on the tickets so they aren't sold twice? I hope the seller is banned from selling on Stubhub and fraud charges are filed against the seller. I will never use Stubhub again and i will let as many people i know to beware of Stubhub.”
“Purchased a parking pass that I turned around and noted as a resell. Sold the parking pass, but never received the ticket. Therefore, I got billed twice by Stub HUb because I couldn't then produce tickets to whomever purchased them from me thru Stub HUb. Emailed them, called them, sent them proof of emails and conversations, and they refuse to refund even half of what they charged. I will never buy from them again!”

“Absolutely terrible experience, I purchased overpriced tickets ages ago and never received an actual ticket. I emailed multiple times with no luck getting thru to the company for over 8 months just to get an actual ticket. Showed up to the venue with my proof of purchase and was turned away. StubHub has refused to reimburse Tickets that I was turned away from the event. I drove over 4 hours each way and paid over $300 on tickets I could use. Don’t waste money with stub hub”
“NO!!! Especially if you are a seller, they claim you are protected but you are NOT! StubHub allows buyers to dispute tickets even AFTER the start of an event! So - buy tickets get into the venue and then dispute them and you will be refunded and the seller gets nothing! DO NOT SELL on StubHub, it is a SCAM!
I contacted customer service now over 10 times for resolution and payment - ZERO response!
I sent confirmation of my tickets "transfer" and confirmation from buyer that they received and used successfully and STILL SutbHub has not responded nor have I been paid.”
