“Everything was legitimate and easy even tho I was nervous and thought my tickets wasn’t legit after being told the venue don’t except paper tickets I contacted customer service they checked with the seller assured me everything was ok and also let me know that if I had any problems that my money was 100 percent protected meaning they would get equivalent tickets are all of the monies to purchase the tickets would be refunded”

Walking out we went through an entire section that had HP signs but were all blocked off. Was there a way that I missed to say we needed an HP spot?”
