“Ultimately, everything was fine. But the passes were in paper form and had to be delivered by FedEx. Initially, correspondence indicated that I would not receive the passes until Saturday, which was Gameday. That could have been a problem because Philadelphia could be a five-hour drive to State College. Ultimately, the tickets arrived on Friday but the scheduled delivery on Saturday caused considerable angst.”

And the multiple emails closer to the show were do helpful to the scatter brained Mama!

“Do not buy from Stubhub!!Customer service horrible!! Representatives have no clue what is happening or just pretend that they don’t. There is no refund for events that are being rescheduled for two-three months and if you are unable to attend due to some random date that organizer decides to pick then forget about it because you will never be able to return your tickets. Stubhub tells you to sell your tickets if you can’t go to rescheduled event to make double money on their insane fees by selling same tickets over and over again to someone else.”
“DO NOT USE "STUB HUB". WE BOUGHT FOOTBALL TICKETS MONTHS BEFORE THE GAME. THEY SAID THAT I WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL THE DAY OF THE GAME, 3 HOURS BEFORE WITH THE TICKETS ATTACHED. WE NEVER RECEIVED THEM. WE CALLED 3 HOURS BEFORE AND WERE GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM. THEY FIRST TOLD US THAT OUR TICKETS ARE NO LONGER AND THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE US WITH DIFFERENT TICKETS. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT THEY NEVER SENT US ANY TICKETS AND JUST REIMBURSED US. WE WERE ALREADY AT THE ARENA AND HAD HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM PRIOR. RUINING OUR EXPERIENCE! HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!”

The tickets that we purchased with StubHub were not valid at the entry gate to Yankee Stadium. They sold the same tickets to other people and they entered before we did. We had to purchase new tickets on our own at the last minute and take pictures of the other people in our seats. We provided the pictures to StubHub and they still have not refunded our money. I would not purchase from StubHub ever again.”
“I was charged $34 for a parking space in Detroit 18 minutes from venue, dark, poorly lit, many available spaces and parking there was only $7. Stub Hub refused to reimburse when we couldn't park there”
“Very disappointed with StubHub. Sold me duplicate tickets, then refunded me instead of honouring their guarantee to find replacements - that were available on their site. Is this common? When I called to ask why, they hung up. After booking a hotel and driving 4 hours to see a concert with my daughter, we had to find our own tickets at the last minute. Not the support their ticket guarantee policy promises.”
“Absolutely HORRIBLE! They do not honor your purchase. Was on the phone with them the day of the concert for 2 hours. Was told a supervisor would call me back and of course he\she never did. Worked with 4 customer service people because the CHAT KEPT CLOSING....was told original tickets were unavailable. They offered me different ones. Then was told those were also unavailable 15 min before the concert started. Worst experience I have ever had!”
“DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! I order a parking pass for Cowboys vs Packers through them. They never send the email to accept the tickets. They claim that they have been accepted. Customer service jerks is around for 2 hours. They say we have them but it’s not in our app. They say to download and check SeatGeek. It’s not in there either. We end up having to pay for an additional pass at the stadium (which was cheaper by the way) so we ask for a refund. They say no because they continue to claim that they have been accepted. We try to sell the pass but can’t because we can’t accept the pass. After 2 hours and too late to sell they say to check the MLB ballpark app! FOR AN NFL GAME! WHO would’ve thought to do that, not that they gave any direction whatsoever to do so until it’s too late. They still won’t insue a refund! Straight up crooks! Horrible service! Never trust this scumbag company EVER!”

“Terrible site, they won’t tell you what the service fees and taxes are until you compete all the purchase forms, and then they slam you with exorbitant fees. It should be illegal to not inform the buyers what the extra fees will be at the beginning of the transaction.”
