“This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had purchasing tickets
We ordered tickets for a bills game a month in advance only to find a week before the game the tickets were canceled
Calling we were given no solution other than to order again hoping that it would go through
Night before the game we find out our second order was canceled with no information after calling again we were informed this happens there’s nothing they can do, no management to speak to, no solution other than to create a whole separate account and hope that it goes through this time
Customer service provider when asked their name went silent.
Never order from this company they are ridiculous.”
“If I could give StubHub negative stars, I would. I flew down to Atlanta for the Washington Commander’s v Falcons game. Spent over $400 for tickets. The day before the game, the seller canceled the transfer of the tickets and each time StubHub reached out to the seller to ask for the ticket to be retransferred, the transfer failed. I asked for my money back or replacement tickets. StubHub kept trying to get me to wait for the seller to transfer again and again. The transfer still wouldn’t work. They won’t give me my money back. StubHub sucks! The agent hung up on me. Very poor customer service.”
“I purchased a PIT ticket on StubHub a month in advance. The seller later canceled the ticket transfer, making my link invalid. StubHub assured me multiple times that I’d receive either my original ticket or one of equal or better value under their “FanProtect Guarantee.” On the day of the concert, I still had no ticket. Less than an hour before the show, StubHub offered me a seat in Section 214, Row G—far from comparable to my original PIT ticket. When I asked to escalate, the supervisor, Brandon, said I could either accept the inferior seat or take a refund, showing no concern for the inconvenience caused. He then hung up on me after I asked for his higher-up’s contact.
StubHub failed to honor their guarantee, provided poor customer service, and left me without the experience I paid for. I do not recommend using them.”
“Paid over $800 for 2 Penn state white out tickets. StubHub tells us we will have tickets within 1 hr of game start. Needless to say we didn’t get our tickets. And StubHub would not replace tickets after we already $300 more dollars for parking pass and another $500 for hotel room I wouldn’t recommend StubHub to anyone. And their customer service is worthless too. Never spoke to a group of more incompetent people. Not to mention a 3 hour drive to get there”
“Crooks,theives,scammers!I tried purchasing Brewers tickets and got nothing. I kept getting notations after several attempts trying to locate tickets that password resets were sent to my email. No they weren't. Brewers could not confirm my seats were bought! I never set a paword that I was supposed to have set. I initially saw the tickets many hours before the game. Two hours before the game, I could not locate them. Don't do it. Stay away from these crooks. You will get robbed!”
“Placed order way in advance, said tickets will be able to claim later, the day of the show I tried claiming tickets and tickets were not found, called customer service and they said the seller emailed to the wrong email and would get back to me in a couple hours, this is all happening within 5 hrs of the show and I have friends driving over an hour to get here, very stressful experience definitely will not use StubHub again! Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere reliable. I didnt even realize stubhub was from resale tickets.”
“It was my first time buying tickets from stub hub. Purchasing them was easy. I did not like that the seller doesn't have to send you the tickets until three hours before the show. It made me nervous. They came the day before. But really when you pay for the tickets you should receive the tickets then. Fortunately everything went smoothly. The show was amazing.”
“I was happy to have purchased tickets for Addison Rae concert for my daughter and her bestie as a birthday gift back in June, but didn't receive the tickets until day before the concert when they were driving 8 hours home from college to attend. This made me feel quite uneasy not getting the tix until the day before the concert with them driving so far, but thank goodness, it was a success. Otherwise, communication was great! Even when I asked a question, there was a quick response.”
“Great concert! I was super excited to attend the B-52s/Devo concert. The crowd was energetic and the performances were worth the travel to Toronto. My only complaint, is the convenience fee charged for each ticket is a bit high, but, that is something that will never go away. Ticket purchase was easy and convenient.”
