“This company is a total rip off i purchased tickets to the millennium parking garage at 10am for a bears game i arrived at 10 purchase the tickets at 10 and tried to use it the meter would not allow me to use it because they couldn't be used until 11 am so i had to purchase another one from the meter. I talked to workers on site about refunding my money back for the ticket and they told me to call the company when i called i was told it was after hrs and call Tomorrow so i did just for a manager to tell me im not getting a refund because they have no record of me calling them. But they can see the pass was not used. Never ever again will i use this sorry company and u guys should be ashame of yourself taking people money i hope your company falls to the ground”
“Horrible company to do business with, purchased tickets and my price was suppose to be locked in at 77ea. Time ticking I made the purchase and didn't realize that my price was not locked in at 77ea. I was charged 99ea ticket that also increased their fee per ticket by 9ea for a total of 124 extra. This company doesn't help you if you are a buyer and the only option they give you is to relist. After i made my purchase i searched other companies and Ticketmaster has the same tickets listed at 61ea and for 4 tickets it comes out to be 266 less. Will never use or recommend StubHub to anyone.”
“We bought parking passes for a football game. Should have had then at 10am but we didn't. At 1145 they txt me and say the seller they're working with doesn't have them. So we end up parking elsewhere and taking a bus to game. Then on way back we stand in said bus for an hr before we are returned back to where we were parked. I call fir a refund because they say 100% customer satisfaction. After over an hr on phone he tells me I can't get a refund because I didn't respond in the proper amount of time. However I did several times but it was sent back saying can not be delivered. Oh all of a sudden this email doesn't work how convenient. I have learned to read reviews. It may not be alot of money but almost 100 bucks to park. 61 then 40 service fee, fee for what to screw me. Shame on you stub hub shame on you”
“Yes, I am having a really bad experience with Stubhub. I bought tickets for the concert via Stubhub. Unfortunately, I have received tickets for the wrong event. Since that time (already for 2 months), I have called 4 times to the Customer Service of the Stubhub, had long conversations with the representatives ( 1 hour each time), have heard a lot of promises for the quick resolution. NO RESOLUTION so far. Every time they say, we are going to resolve your issue in the next couple of days. Nothing... I call again after waiting for one or two weeks, and hear the same promises.
How many more times do I have to call to make them resolve this issue?/ Awful business.”

“I spent about 2 hours on the phone with Stubhub customer service trying to sell 2 tickets that I purchased from there. I listed them incorrectly the first time, then did exactly as the customer service representative told me to do and deleted the listing and relisted the tickets correctly. The payout should have been $156 (I paid $240 originally). The customer service rep also must have created a listing the same day. They charged me another $197 for the two unfulfilled listings on top of taking the $156 i was supposed to be paid for the tickets. I did not go to a concert that ended up costing me $600 and a total of 3.5 hours on the phone with customer service. Bad practices all around and employees who don’t care. Save your money and avoid a huge headache by literally buying tickets from anywhere else.”
“I ordered parking tickets for a football game. Stubhub did a bait and switch. They sent me a parking ticket 5 miles from the venue. I spent hours on the phone with customer service. Stubhub made numerous promises and didn't live up to any of them. FanProtect is a complete joke. I ended up eating the costs and having to buy my tickets from another ticket service at a higher rate due to the time passed.”
“Stubhub sucks. I purchased a ticket on 8-31 for an ELO concert. I never got my ticket and I called twice and they never refunded my money. I had the order number and they still would not refund my ticket money. I ended up having to purchase another ticket theough ticket master. I will never order from Stubhub again. “I purchased five tickets on Stubhub to a football game for me and my son's family. On game day we were up very early for a 3 hour drive to the stadium. We were denied entry at the gate as the tickets we were sold were not valid. I paid over $1,300 for the tickets. Stubhub may have their "FanProtect" guarantee (I'm still waiting, though), but that is little consolation to heartbroken fans (including a crying 6-yr old) who really wanted to attend a game. I could never have faith in any ticket purchased on Stubhub ever again. I would strongly recommend to avoid the service.”

I bought a ticket for 172.90 and they claimed there no fix fee which really mean whatever we feel like charging your stupid buyers the RANDOM fee= 48.00 thats more than 1/3 of the ticket price or 36% RANDOM FEE( THATS LEGAL TOO SADLY) AND if just had to SELL this tickets you would have practically sell than for 50% more or 172.90 +83.00=$ 256.00 Just to break even with 15% RESELL FEE and more than 55% or over 270.00 to profit after the 15% SELLERS FEE's So doing any business with Crooked-stubhub you're guarenteed to LOSE if after trying to make a profit or enjoy your show in peace if they didnt screw-up picking up the ticket process ."DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AVOID BUYING/ LOOSING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN."”
“It makes me sad to have to write this. I do not like to write negative reviews, but here we are. I bought 2 tickets for a concert and only received one ticket. The purpose if going to the concert was to go with a friend. I had to buy 2 more tickets last minute at the concert venue so we could sit together. I contacted Stubhub and they only refunded $76 when I paid $304. I lost $228 for nothing. There is nothing else they can do for me. I will never buy from them again and will not recommend it to anyone.”
“Buyer beware… took payment on day of order and it’s 5 months later 1 week from event and no tickets. Be clear they do not have the tickets your purchasing but are a third party! Clearly terrible business practices selling tickets they don’t have. Good luck dealing with them terrible”
“They listed my tickets and thr incorrect (waaay too low) price and then charged me almost $200 when I immediately canceled the sale. I put in one number and they defaulted to another one. Not my error. I should not be charged. Disputed and waiting for a response.”
