“Tickets not refundable even though the event went on 2 hours after its scheduled time, my seat was essentially flooded from being rained on for 3.5 hours, so I was not even able to seat in it or even watch the game because we had left due to transportation that we needed to catch, I reached out and we got the "sorrry we are a marketplace and we cant refund you for this issue" which I totally understand but Stubhub and its partners should take some responsibility, especially if we couldnt even see the event we went to see due to starting above and beyond the start time.”

“My friend and I made a last minute decision to go to Yankee Stadium for a Blue Jays game. I went to Stub Hub and found a pair of discounted tickets in the 2nd row along the first base line. Paid and the tickets appeared in my inbox just fine. I do wish there was a notice that those seats were in a special section (sec 11) that was not posted anywhere nor were we made aware we had to see a security staffer to escort us to our seats and we spent 30 minutes looking for our seats. Otherwise it was a very smooth and satisfying experience.”
