“I ordered concert tickets and a parking pass from Stubhub. Turns out the parking garage was more than a 1 mile walk from the concert in the worst of neighborhoods. Stubhub refused to refund my money for the parking pass claiming I was told where the garage was. That is false. The ticket only said "garage parking." It was not until I agreed to accept it that I was informed of the location. Stubhub states "100% guarantee" FALSE”
“The Stubhub guarantee is worthless. I bought two tickets for the Capital/Islander game for Sunday 4/6/25. The tickets were never delivered by Stubhub and replacements tickets that they say they guarantee were not offered. The run around and lack of follow through on the part of the customer service reps is maddening. The Stubhub guarantee is worthless.”
“The ratings for my seats vs. identical seats do not make sense. My seats are rated much lower, which means they are less likely to sell. I called their customer service, and they said they were unable to do anything about it. Terrible product and service.”
“I purchased a parking pass for a horse race that was to take place on a Saturday. Due to inclement weather, the race that day was canceled. However, the event referred to it as a "postponement" because you could still come on Monday. I live in another state and the only day I could attend was on the date that I purchased the ticket for. StubHub would not refund me my ticket. Additionally, the ticket that I purchased through them still had the original purchasers name on it. Their "Every order is 100% guaranteed" is false advertising. They are an unscrupulous company that I do not recommend doing business with because if you have the slightest issue, you will be out money.”
“Don't ever sell tickets on Stubhub. I had all session tickets for sale and evidently posted them as individuals also. The all session sold at the same time that one individual ticket sold. I immediately contacted StubHub and told them. All seemed fine. Then realized they charged me for the full listing price for the All session ticket. They collected $320 from the Buyer and also charged me $320 to "replace" the all session ticket for the buyer...netting StubHub $640.00 and me $320 poorer. Yes, it is in the fine print so beware. These guys are making quite a bit of money doing this.”

“I bought tickets to an event that was canceled. The governor declared a state of emergency and the event was canceled. I called support for a refund and they said that the event was not “canceled” it was “altered” and that I could use the tickets for a different event on a different day. I explained I am from out of state and the entire trip was for this one event and that wouldn’t work. They explained that “unfortunately” that wasn’t their problem and the event was not canceled because I could just go to a different event at the same venue on a different day. There is no supervisor they will let you talk to and they will do anything they can to find a work around for an event being canceled. Will never use stubhub again after this experience. Not getting a refund was not an option below but I never got a refund.”
“My tickets that I paid $825 for were relisted on my account and sold for $1 each. StubHub told me that they don’t believe my account was accessed by a 3rd party. Basically they said “too bad”. This company sucks so hard that’s it’s unbelievable. I’ll never ever use them again.”

“1st off, we didn't expect the additional fees to be so excessive! Then when we were trying to access our tickets it took multiple attempts, and over an hour with 2 of us problem solving. We eventually had to call their help desk to finally access our tickets. They make me never want to go see a show again!!!”

“When trying to contact them through the website you have to chat with a AI robot which gives conflicting answers to the response you get from a so called customer service representative. The customer service representative spoke poor English and their was yelling and screaming in the background. They give the same standard answers for many questions . Ultimately dealing with them was a nightmare and I ended up being charged almost $180 for 3 $20 tickets that I didn't even use. Never again!”

“The parking pass was not necessary for this event and was 20minutes away from the venue. Please do not offer these in the future for this venue. I ended up paying for something that was not utilised, or needed. I appreciate the offer and know how parking can be in LA.”
“This is now the third time I've completed a survey from a show that I attended two-plus weeks ago. My suggestion is that unless you're a fan of receiving multiple (up to about 7-8 by now for me) auto-generated emails asking for you to complete a survey about your experience, that you buy from a different forum or unsubscribe from emails immediately.
The concert was amazing. Wilder Woods has an incredible voice and I'd encourage anyone I know to check him out.”
“I did not receive my tickets and it took forever to get a refund. The customer service agency is manned by foreigners that just keep saying they are "escalating" your issue and say that you need to "wait" another hour. Save yourself the time and hassle and don't purchase tickets through Stubhub.”
