“Awful site. Bought tickets to NBA playoff game while it was in progress. The sale went through but apparently the seller didn’t approve the tickets (or Ticketmaster didn’t as the approved vendor of the event) we were charged the price of tickets and never received them/never were able to go. We chatted which I can only assume was an AI bot to dispute but that went no where. Make sure you DO NOT try to buy tickets anytime close to event time as it may not go through. Instead go through better websites like Ticketmaster or such that actually close off purchasing after it will actually be impossible for you to get on.”

My wife and son are standing in Florida from Toronto Canada with no tickets on Mothers Day. Stubhub "guaranteed" they would be digitally delivered on the day of the game and then failed to do so. Not only was the guarantee meaningless, they could not provide replacements. The cherry on top is that they will hold our money ($1000.00) for a week before refunding it. My wife saved for a long time to be able to afford this with flight and hotel and she has been reduced to tears on Mothers Day thanks to this more than shady company and their worthless "guarantees". We strongly advise avoiding this place in favour of a company that provides a ticket in hand when u make the purchase. We will be taking legal action but regardless, it doesn't make up for the tears and disappointment. Can you imagine?

I buy from stub hub all the time. This time I bought my son’s biggest 10th birthday surprise. Yes, I over paid for the tickets but the experience was to be priceless!!
However it was everything but that. We showed up at the time the gates open to find out VIB was already over. We did not receive any information that VIb had its on check in area and started 3 hours before game time.
So 4600 later we just got to watch the game where I could have just paid $300
Super disappointed in the ticket owner and how the transaction happened or actual didn’t happen

I take off work get a hotel travel to Tampa just to find out the tickets are fake. They were rude about it and offer me seats in the back but now those seats that were 35-45 bucks are over $100. It's a scam do not buy from them!!!!!”

“I Won My Claim !!! For those who are treated horribly like I was using Stubhub do not give up !! You must file a claim but you need to back your claim up with proof through emails. Stubhub will lie by giving emails of what they consider proof to get the banks to show favor to them, not you. In my case I didn't get my event tickets but they did send "parking tickets". They submitted parking tickets as proof they sent me tickets. Thankfully I stayed on top of this and I explained to my bank that those tickets are not event tickets. I won ! I WON! And let me tell you it was not easy. Stay focused , stay calm, and show proof for your claim people. Stubhubs reviews are absolutely horrible.”

I contacted stubb hub and they assured me they would take care of it and had months and didn’t do anything. I disputed the charge and they lied so it got reversed. They are scammers. “Bought The Eagles show at The Sphere in Vegas. Traveled approximately 2000 miles to see show. Accepted my mobile tickets on line to find out at the gate someone else was in my seats. Missed first 20 minutes of show while on the phone with stub Hub trying to get resolved. Finally was offered a refund or replacements which I accepted. They offered a $2.00 compensation which I found insulting. Sent email when i returned home to VP of Operations who delegated a response which was simply "we are only a platform". The best they would do is $25 compensation. Will never use Stub Hub again. They took no accountability .”
