“Horrible service beware. They say you will receive your tickets same day, however, no email with tickets 3 hours prior to the show. Called customer service and they were not in possession of the tickets and had to reach out to the seller . I was already in the location of the venue and was told they would refund me in one hour if they could not get ahold of him. I could not cancel or buy tickets elsewhere until he responded . Looks like the company has no follow procedure with the seller. We are out of luck.”

The customer service was terrible and I got the total run around and must have spent over 2 hours on the phone with them over the course of 3 weeks because nobody would deal with it. They still have not dealt with it and say they are not going to refund me the exchange. This is a problem with their site. It says you're buying in Canadian dollars and then they charge you American funds.”

“Beware. I sold some tickets to the party animals and was paid and 2 days later the money was taken back without my knowledge. Lady found cheaper tickets and lied saying I gave her wrong seats. Said I told her wrong section as I told her 109-113 and my tickets came in 111. Just beware letting them sale your tickets as I could have sold to someone else if I knew they were going do this. When I informed them that I had already sold and transferred the tickets they charged me for not being able to fulfill the second order. “I was trying to get details about the seating for a concert because I wanted to get tickets for my friend and myself because she is disabled. I called and the guy was explaining the seating and the ones I wanted were available only as a promotional purchase. He had me go get some prepaid cards which was shady but I really wanted the tickets so I followed his instructions. After almost two hours and $650 of prepaid cards he said he made a mistake and I had to be transferred to a supervisor(Benjamin Mathai). He apologized but I’d have to get another card for $450 (this was the same tickets discounted for my trouble) or I wouldn’t get my $650 back. I was in tears. I thought I was a victim of a scam. He said the original guy would most likely be fired because he didn’t understand the promotion. I ended up just giving up and hanging up on him. I have never been so frustrated trying to find tickets to a concert. There is way more crud I had to go through but I’m exhausted from this experience and sooo done. I will never use Stubhub again!”

“NO- Purchased the most expensive parking pass- for a concert- the venue parking pass was completely invalid- you parked where ever they directed- it was first come first serve. Would not give me money back on a completely fraudulent purchase on something that I wasn't even available.

I also BOUGHT THE TICKETS FROM STUBHUB and was forced to wait on a seller release 2 days prior to the event WHICH Stubhub further negated my listing for bc instant download is obviously preferred. So they sold me tickets they didn’t even access to give me yet.

“This company is total trash, whenever you call you get someone that can barely speak English and can't help. The recommended filter is a total scam that blocks your listings unless someone knows that the filter is on. The fees are crazy for both sellers and buyers.”
“Worse customer service ever. Purchased tickets and paid using PayPal, I later learned that my tickets were cancelled. Contacted stubhub who directed me back to PayPal to only later find out that stubhub was indeed paid in full. Stubhub has told me that my case was expedited and being looked into, that was over a month ago with still no answer except to keep waiting. I’ve provided them with all receipts and proof of purchase. The concert is in 5 days and sadly I’ll probably miss the event because stubhub has poor response times and customer service.”
