Parking was too far from Venue! I wasnt given exact address until after I paid for parking. Ended up purchasing different parking spot.

They steal your money do not use them. If I could give a zero I would. VIVID SEATS are much better, wish I would’ve use them instead. My kids were disappointed they did not get to see the football game.

Very poorly run company. They have no real customer service—only a chat option with agents who are no help at all. I purchased a parking pass for an Adam Sandler event but was unable to download the barcode needed to scan at valet parking. As a result, I had to pay a second time at the event. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to reimburse me.

Stubhub won't refund the $241.6o I paid for tickets and never received. I waited and waited for them to call like they said they would and by the time I got a hold of them, 16 days later they said it was too late to get a refund. They are a rip off bunch of bastards!

Purchased Tickets for the Oregon OSU game on Sept 6th 2025. Ticket link came and the link did not work. It sent me to a site where you could not login. Called and they said to check on a different device. Checked on my desktop, laptop, phone and called a friend in another state and he could not login either. Spent 3-4 hours like this. Very frustating. They kept saying you have the link and I would say the website does not work. They would then say great you have your tickets. Then I called the customer service number. Told them the website did not work and they did not speak english well. They kept saying great you are satisfied? I will close the ticket. Each time I kept saying no the website does not work I cannot get my tickets. They said they would investigate and call me back. They never did. Called a few days before the game and they said you have the link for your tickets just click it. I kept telling them the website they sent me does not work. Each time they would say, well then click on the link or great then this is resolved. I asked for a supervisor. After an hour the same person came back on and said check your email the tickets are sent. Same link, same broken website. At this point I asked for my money back. Since their website has all these Fan Protect from purchase to your seat promises. They opened a ticket and I submitted screen shots showing there was no tickets in my stubhib or tickmaster account, no tickets in my Goducks account and a video of the link they sent not working and a description of the problem. They said they would call me back. They never did. I called the day of the game and they told me to again click on the bad link. I told them it didnt work. So they emailed me the same link and told me the matter is resolved. At this point I demanded a refund stating that it is theft to take someones money and not render goods. They stated that another department had decided that I did get my tickets and that no refund would be availible.

I was sold a parking pass and the lot location in listing was different then actual pass. I calked and complained and nothing was done

Absolutely awful customer service. Never received tickets that I purchased. I contacted with concern about not having tickets yet prior to game. Was promised replacement tickets which were never delivered. I did receive refund, but I had to purchase tickets on another platform to be able to attend game. Wish I could give zero stars! Do not buy!!!

Do not use stub hub to buy your tickets!! They are unethical! report to BBB and join the lawsuit. I don’t know how they have gotten away with their fees for so long then double charging on top of that when I never went to the event.

This is a rip off and unethical company. They were advertising a certain celebrity to be in town and after purchasing it should a different person. I didn’t purchase the tickets and requested for a return before the event and with In 10min of purchase they refused. Again I never even purchased them

I wish I could give StubHub zero star. Horrible customer service and very rude. I purchased two concert tickets and was charged and an hour later got an email that my tickets ere canceled due to seller did not receive a confirmation from StubHub. This was my first and last time I ever deal with StubHub and I will be sure to share my horrible experience on all social media platforms.

I purchased my tickets 1 1/2 months before my event and was assured that my tickets and parking pass would be delivered and covered under their fan protect guarantee. My parking pass was released 1 week before my event for a completely different event across the nation. I spent that following week up to my event in several Stubhub chats and emails requesting a replacement pass which I never received. In addition, I was assured that my 5 event tickets would be released on the day of my event as the reseller was "a longstanding and reliable reseller." Unfortunately, stubhub was wrong. I was notified 2 HOURS before my event that not only were my original tickets unavailable but there were NO REPLACEMENT TICKETS provided. I did receive a refund but I had to SCRAMBLE in the hot sun, with several kids, 5 hours from our home, to find alternative tickets which were $100 more than my original purchase. I will tell you right now, TICKETMASTER pulled through and I found 5 reliable tickets... I have spent several hours in Stubhub chats and on the phone with their customer service dept regarding a refund for my parking pass in addition to a match difference refund for the second set of tickets I had to purchase LAST MINUTE for my family to attend my event WITHOUT RESOLUTION. I am completely disappointed and will never use Stubhub again!

Stay away from stubhub. I bought tickets to a baseball game in 2025 approximately 30$ a piece cheap seats and i was later unable to attend so i tryed selling tickets and had trouble uploading tickets to website on stubhub after at least 20 times and i even attempted calling stubhub and still they couldn't get them uploaded telling me that i would have to be the one doing it through my end for security reasons and they tryed to assist and still couldn't get them uploaded so i eventually gave up. 2 months later i get a charge back for 900$ after discovering the charge on my bank card. I called stub hub and they said i was charged because i sold tickets for 450$ a piece and never sent tickets which is a lie i never sold them and never received 900$. This stub hub company is a major scammer company . Do not leave your credit card info with them.

Stay AWAY from STUBHUB. I Purchased tickets 3 months in advance of event . Day before concert., I receive email from StubHub indicating tickets are ready. Tickets weren’t ready and customer service said they would escalate issue and assure me I would receive tickets before event Event day “crickets” I call CS again and they said tickets would arrive. Never heard back and never received tickets. I drove 2 hours to event for nothing NEVER EVER BUYING FROM STUBHUB

Worst company to purchase tickets from. I bought tickets and they changed my seats the moment I transferred them to my apple wallet. No refund! Don't purchase from this company.

StubHub’s FanProtect Guarantee is BS! It is actually just protecting THEM, not the FAN! Tickets purchase 1year in advance for F1 race in Monza, Italy. Day of instant download the link fails. FanProtect guarantee states tickets of Equal or greater value would be substituted or a refund. There was bunch more pairs of tickets on their marketplace but customer service says that they cannot use them as they are not trusted. It’s on their F¥€K’N Marketplace! BS. Full refund of ticket does not cover airfare from USA, Trains and Lodging in Italy. No ability to escalate to any management level for hope of resolution.. Rediculous & BS!
