“I had seen Garth at the Colosseum in September, which was beyond fantastic. When he had announced his last show for March 9, I immediately bought a ticket (and a plane ticket & hotel room). As the date approached, I had to take a previously unscheduled trip out of the country. I had to list my ticket on a third-party service, which I'd never done before. I called StubHub to get instructions TWICE. I was given erroneous information, so my ticket did not sell. Not only did I not attend the concert, but another person did not have the opportunity to see GB. What a shame. I lost a lot of money. I will never use StubHub again, and more importantly, I will never be able to see Garth Brooks in concert again. Quite disappointing.”
“They don’t give you your money back even when you buy the insurance. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Why is customer support not in my own country. You aren’t even in the same country why am I talking to you. Super unprofessional I kept getting disconnected while I was explaining my story to the customer support text person.”
“Will never use again. I sold four tickets and since the transaction took place a hour after there supposed deadline. They charged me 600 and never gave me my money for the tickets. Called them four times and got no help. Don’t use them.”
“i ordered 4 tickets to a show. I was sent 3 tickets and a parking pass. The 3 tickets were different seats than what i ordered. I have sent them back and am still trying to get a refund from Stub Hub. They have the worst customer service for a company who constantly talks about their money back guarantee, i can't get my money back for an error on their part. HORRIBLE. Willing to pay their high fees for good support but will NEVER use them again after this experience”
“Pain in the ass company. They advertise that you can get your money back if you want days in advance if your sick ext. I tried to do that exact thing 3 days before the event they told me I’m out of luck!!!”
“Stop sending me emails asking for a review. I spent time trying to get a refund for parking that was approximately 5 miles from the venue. I didn't want to spend any more time on you. Will never use your service again.”
“I used StubHub for the very first time this month! I paid for my tickets on 3/3/25. My event was 3/20/25 at 7pm. When I didn’t have my tickets by 430pm on 3/20/25 I got in touch with StubHub. I was told I would still have them in time. At 5pm I reached back out to StubHub and they said I would get them by 6pm. I told her that was insane! BUT at the same time, I got an email stating the seller didn’t have my tickets! 😡They issued me a refund. I had to go to Ticketmaster and pay more for my tickets. I will NEVER use StubHub again!!”
“Absolutely terrible customer service guarantee. We purchased tickets way out for a show in New York. Sole purpose of thr trip. Seller canceled tickets less than a month out. We had to pay hundreds more for basically the same seats because the prices had gone up so much due to it being so close to the show date.”
“If you are a seller, StubHub has this thing called recommended tickets. If their algorithm doesn’t like your seats or price, you tickets will not be seen by most potential buyers. Deceptive at best, will never use them again.”
“0/0 Purchased tickets to an Orlando Magic game 3 weeks in advance, tickets never showed up after several attempts to fix this. Finally with a couple hours before the game they said they are working on it and then 10 min. later we received a refund, Called back and were told to purchase new tickets, with little time left before the game they had similar tickets available but charged $200 more in fee's than the original tickets. Asked to speak to a supervisor about it but they said there were none available. Terrible experience all around. Find another way to get your tickets.”
“This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased 3 tickets for a concert but the concert was cancelled because of a fire under the stage. I don’t live in the city in which the concert was being held so I contacted StubHub to receive a refund. That didn’t happen. They told me I would have to sell those tickets on their website and see if someone would purchase them.”
“Horrible experience. Stubhub keeps sending me emails saying my tickets have been transferred and I should claim them and I should have received an email from the seller. I have received NO such email and despite my calling and letting them know that the seller is not transferring tickets they keep sending me emails to claim these non-existent tickets. I have over 200 dollars held up now and I can’t event buy tickets from elsewhere. This company should be put out of business ASAP”
