I've used Stubhub exclusively for tickets for many years. Recently I had an issue with transferring tickets and found out that the Fanprotect Guarentee is FALSE! When I call or email, all I get is "We're very sorry for the inconvenience and we will escalate and get right back to you." I'm on my fourth try, still no one has gotten back and no refund. So, all is good while things run smooth...but when something goes wrong they totally ignore you. I suggest using another ticket service, I know I will from now on.

So first of all, they advertised that “Korn, Rob Zombie and Sepultra” were be playing at a venue near me. I checked the whole event to make sure it wasn’t cover bands for that amount of money, read everything, but it was a smaller venue so I was kinda skeptical. I received the tickets after me and my boyfriend reviewed it and the tickets are INDEED for cover bands and were resold to me. So someone else must of had the same problem. Do not get me wrong! I have absolutely no problem seeing cover bands! Love them actually. BUT it was false advertisement! When I spoke with customer service about my issue they said I could “resell” them for HALF of the price that I paid for them!! They said they aren’t responsible because they are just a third party platform for fans to sell to fans. So I am not eligible for a refund even though it was FALSE advertisement on THEIR site! Completely disappointed and will NOT be purchasing off of their site again!

It was horrible. I paid for 4 tickets that were never delivered and they refused to refund me. Do not do business with this vendor. They don’t even deserve one star. Total fiasco from the get go.

I purchased tickets for a professional basketball game to be played on March 23. I paid StubHub $477 and never received the tickets. Contacted them 6 days in a row. They promised to get tickets or give refund. Not one follow-up. After contacting my credit card company about this issue, the customer service representative stated there are many complaints about Stub Hub. I would be very cautious to even consider using this company to buy tickets.

Disgrace of a company with no customer support on a pricey ticket sale. Total scam. Wife bought 2 tickets for me and my son for Phillies home opener but they cannot be transferred to either of us so essentially the tickets will go to waste. Can't use screenshots and can't send the tickets to another user. Seriously the tickets will now be unused.

I bought tickets and never received them and the concert is today and they still have yet to refund my tickets so I can purchase more from another company . I also paid for parking through stubhub and I did receive those tickets but I can't use them without my concert tickets this company is a huge scam buy your tickets elsewhere they will not refund if your tickets are not delivered this has been a huge headache I'm out almost $200 for this horrible customer service

I bought 2 tickets on stub hub and did not get the tickets. Floor seats center stage row f. I did not receive them . I was on the phone for over 2 hours with the. They still would not understand that I did not receive them . They said they would call me back 2 hours from the start of the concert. I had a hour drive plus parking and getting in the arena. I will never use them again.

Bought tickets to Motley Crue for a residency they're holding in Las Vegas. THEY changed the dates and automatically assigned us a date that we are not able to go due to a work commitment. They say our only option is to go to the date they rescheduled or resell them. That's bad business. There should be an option for a credit or to change the date to a different one during the residency. NEVER AGAIN will we buy from StubHub. Now we have airline tickets, hotel, PTO, dog kenneling, etc.

They charge you undisclosed fees ($40 additional fees for a $29 ticket). No customer service. had to dispute the transaction. Stay away as far as you can.

So, the fees are 50% of the ticket price and are casually hidden when you purchase. Had I know my $200 concert would end up costing $350 plus $50 parking, I would have stayed home. Fool me once.

They changed me an extra $100.00 fee and I have NO clue why. DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company. The tickets were only $170.00 each for 2 people. I’m done with this company

I listed concert tickets I had purchased on Ticketmaster for sale on STUBHUB. STUBHUB did sell the tickets and I was given the email address of the purchaser so that I could transfer the tickets. Ticketmaster informed me that the transfer went through and was waiting for acceptance from the buyer. After not getting a confirmation from STUBHUB I called customer service 2 days before the event. The agent I spoke to could find no record of the transaction even though I gave her the number and my email address, so I had Ticketmaster cancel the transfer. The day of the concert I got an email from STUBHUB that the tickets still had not been transferred. This was several hours before the concert. I called customer service again and the agent informed me that I had a digit wrong on the email address of their customer. If the agent I had spoken to on the day before had found the record and informed me that the email was wrong, or if STUBHUB informed that the email was wrong, I could have corrected it. Now it was too late. STUBHUB then charged my debit card $150 because the tickets were not delivered. I wanted to sell the tickets and feel that the STUBHUB agent that I spoke to the day before caused the problem. Of course, speaking to customer service after the fact did no good, and now I am out $150, plus the $135 that I would have gotten had the tickets sold.

I simply purchased tickets a month in advance for a comedy show and put the tickets in my ewallet and thought all was good. Two days before the show I double check I’m prepared with tickets and parking pass to realize my tickets now say “invalid” and had no barcode any longer. I spent over a day and half on the phone and computer between StubHub, Ticketmaster, and the event center box office customer service. The seller on StubHub had revoked my tickets without any notice or reason. I tried to reclaim my tickets countless times in that 1.5 days but he would not release them. I was told if we take my receipt, ID, and proof I should be able to get it worked out at the box office. That was a lie. Their hands were tied because StubHub allowed this to happen and according to staff at the event center it’s very common. They stated they see it all the time. StubHub is not a secure place to buy tickets. They are NOT guaranteed. The process to get refunded was the same process I had done earlier in the day, sending them proof of purchase and screenshots of tickets stating “invalid” . Now I’m just praying I receive my refund within the next 10 days. Do not trust StubHub!

This is the worst group ever. First our friends purchased expensive tickets which they never received and had to drive back home. Then we get scammed with seats that are not seats just standing on the wall. Customer service never helped anyone don’t ever use these guys. Friends were on the phone all day long no help at all.

I purchased 5 tickets in Sec 205 and it stated they transferred to Ticketmaster. I looked and I was sent 1 ticket in Sec 202. I emailed and called. I spoke to 3 different people. Their biggest concern was the 1 wrong ticket I received instead of the 5 tickets I didn't receive. Event is in less than 24 hours, I had to transfer the 1 ticket so hopefully my 5 tickets will get transferred before the event.

The worst ticketing experience I have had! First, after five lengthy phone calls, they still could not find my tickets. Once I finally recieved the tickets from a different entity, it did not match the row Stub Hubs Support Center told me I was in! Total stress due to the chaos they presented. Four days of extreme anxiety. Had to alter my travel because tickets arrived at last minute. WAY OVERCHARGE FOR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! BE AWARE OF THIER HIDDEN FEES! I dont ever recommend anyone to use this service. Horrible!!!

Do not use stubhub their prices are higher and the customer service is terrible. I bought a parking pass and when I got to the event the lot was full and stubhub refused to take responsibility or give me a refund. STAY AWAY!!!

We purchased tix in June 2024 for a concert in March 2025 - when we went to bring up the tix they were unavailable! They “offered” to give us obstructed views tix for the same price!! I will NEVER buy from Stub Hub again - EVER!
