“I bought tickets on StubHub. Was sent to Ticketmaster to ‘claim’ them. Realized I couldn’t attend and listed them for sale on StubHub. Got smsil from StubHub that O had 24 hrs to transfer ticketss to new buyer. Ticketmaster has not turned on Trsnsfer option and now Stin hub is telling me that I will be responsible for buying tickets for the new buyer!!!! I’ve paid $271 to StubHub for these tickets and haven’t received a penny back for them but they are saying I’ll be charged for new tickets for the pending sale!”

“Bought tickets and had to resell them. There is no way to transfer the tickets to the buyer and no way to speak to anyone at stubhub to walk me through the process. Had a confirmation from ticketmaster (where I originally bought them) that they were sold and transferred to the buyer. Stubhub charged me $90 - more than double the cost of the tix for not transferring them. Disputed the charge with them to no avail. DO NOT USE STUBHUB. they rip you off!”

“I’ve never experienced such predatory seller treatment. StubHub put me on hold for hours until I gave up, clearly designed so sellers can’t contest unfair penalties. They offer zero leeway, even when the situation is clearly beyond your control, and treat honest sellers as disposable. Their “support” is robotic, apathetic, and entirely buyer-sided. Avoid selling here unless you’re prepared to lose money and be stonewalled by a company that profits from your misfortune.”
“Tickets purchased through StubHub must be accessed through Ticketmaster, which they don’t tell you when you purchase them. If you have a problem it’s Ticketmaster, you are sunk. I am not able to access my ticket. Ticketmaster says it’s a StubHub problem, StubHub says it’s a Ticketmaster problem they have both told me they can’t help me, so I am out a very expensive ticket. They do not stand behind their products. Do not trust them.”

“I bought tickets through Stub Hub for a Milwaukee Brewers baseball game. There was unexpected flooding and half of the parking lots were not in use at the stadium due to the flooding. I sat in traffic for an hour and a half only to travel one mile. I missed the game and had to drive 2 hours back home. Because I bought my tickets through Stub Hub, I did not receive the credit that fans who bought their tickets through Milwaukee Brewers did. I was told to call Stub Hub because they had my money. When I called they told me “We are not able to do anything about this because the transaction has already gone through and it is out of our control.” Will not be buying through Stub Hub anymore in case an emergency happens that is outside anyone’s control. You will not get compensated under any circumstances.”

We bought tickets for right next to the stage 2 weeks in advance and the night before the concert, they tell us they can’t “fulfill” the tickets so we can either get a refund or pay the SAME PRICE for nosebleeds which is all that was left. Spent 4k on flights and hotel, 2k for the tickets, and on the day of the event, upon attempting to retrieve my tickets, I received notification that my tickets were retrieved by someone else. Spent the entire day on the phone with Stubhub's customer support and was met unprofessionalism and lies. They informed me that emailed the seller and their email bounced. They strung me along, directing me to call back several times throughout the day and promised me a link to obtain comparable tickets, but they never did. Several calls took over an hour just to reach an agent. I asked for a refund several times and never received the link for it. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Stubhub is corrupt. Their agents are rude and unprofessional, often terminating my call when I expressed concern and frustration. Their call center is based in India and there is an immense language barrier. Do not ever purchase tickets from this company.”
“I have spent days attempting to sell tickets to a baseball game that I cannot attend. Due to Stubhub issues on their website platform my tickets have been unable to sell. Communication with customer service has not helped. Despite them admitting this technical issue and admitting their inability to correct it, their companies recommendation is that I should attempt to List my tickets For Sale on a different competitors site, like MLB. So you are unable to provide a service that you say you can, and your answer to help me solve my problem due yo your glitch is to go to your competitor and use their service? You failed. “Well I never received tickets in email provided, it was for the Backstreet Boys show on 08/10/2025 at the Sphere, I called you guys and person on phone did make it right when she resent tickets using a different email, to my original email on file. And I was able to download logging into my Ticketmaster acct As They were sent It was for Order #620323324”
“Stubborn sent me a email for a concert i was attending. It was to add parking. I haven't been to a concert in years. With fees it was $80 after all was said and done. We got there and the venue was only charging $20. Yes I'm an idiot. But just posting so no one else has this happen.”
“Do not buy your tickets through Stubhub!!! I was sold tickets and given the same seats as some family members and they absolutely refused to refund my money and let me buy different seats. All together we paid for 5 tickets though two different purchases and were given 3 seats because some of them overlapped. I was told over and over again that they do not do refunds and all sales are final even when the mistake is theirs. Dishonest company and horrible customer service!! Buy your tickets somewhere else!!!”
