“I purchased tickets on stubhub then resold the tickets on stubhub then stubhub sends me proof of sold and transfer of the tickets then stubhub does not transfer the tickets and tells me that the proof of transfer they sent me is not proof of transfer. Total scam! Will never use scamhub again”

I accidentally clicked on wrong location for a venue & Stub Hub lied saying they'd fix it after processed, 2-3 business days. They said I'd get my money returned to Pay Pal Credit after that was done. So since I trusted Stub Hub, I bought a second set of tickets through Pay Pal Credit. I then called Stub Hub to make sure they processed & the charges were reversed. The guy at Stub Hub laughed & said I was not getting my money back!!! I trusted Stub Hub to rectify the situation and they would not! Pay Pal Credit disputed both transactions. I spent a total over $3200. I fought this over 2 yrs & since I'm a senior & wanted to get this monkey off my back I paid the tickets off! I figured it would cost the same amount through an attorney!
Extremely unethical & stole $3200. Neither sets of tickets were used!!!!”

“I bought tickets 2 months ago and I have not received tickets right away and I let them know I haven’t by calls; emails and chats; didn’t hear anything back from the “escalation” and today is the concert and I called again. They said “technical issue” happened and I will be getting tickets. The problem is I need to drive 3 hrs and without any tickets just spending my time for no reason because they have guaranteed refund. I DON’T CARE it is not how you should treat your customers. “Buyers Beware! I purchased tickets on May 18, 2025 for a concert scheduled on July 19, 2025 and received an email from StbHub a few weeks later, which included a link for me to accept tickets. However, the link was no longer active. I called Customer Service and was on hold for 81 minutes and still the issue was not Resolved! Thus, I visited Ticketmaster website and received an email the Same Day to accept tickets. This was a seamless process.Please Buyers Beware of purchasing tickets from StubHub. BTW, not until after I reported StubHub to my credit card is when I received an email from StubHub requesting that I accept tickets the day before the concert. Really? Again, Buyers Beware!”

“Poor Customer Service and resolution. They don't care about the consumer and they don't have anything in place to resolve or correct issues and errors on their end. Hence no refunds. The customer service department is in another country outside of the U S. and all they do is lie to you and repeat the same scripted statement over and over again. Asking to speak to a manager for overrides is the same outcome as speaking to a rep. I will never use them again and I will encourage anyone I know not to use them.”

“Extremely horrible service I bought football tickets to celebrate my anniversary to be down in section 113 don’t even receive my tickets I sat outside looking stupid waiting on seller to release the tickets then was told I was eligible for and upgrade and they put me in the nose bleed section as there ticket guarantee so we lost money and got scammed I as mine and my husbands 10 year anniversary plus my first time at a game they sure did stress me out as that was my gift to my husband. I do not recommend stub hud as a gift they kept telling me the ticket will be there a noon that was a lie it never came and little say I got scammed and screwed all in one they left me crying at the gate stressed out!!!”
“Bought tickets on StubHub that turned out to be fraudulent. The event staff wouldn’t let us in, and I had to spend over 20 minutes on the phone just to get a partial answer. After all that, they told me it would take three days just to decide if I’d get a refund. Completely unacceptable. When you sell fake tickets, the solution should be immediate — not dragged out while the customer is left hanging. Never using StubHub again, and I’d strongly recommend others avoid it too.”
