I honestly can not believe what just happened, I bought two tickets for a concert last night. We went to the concert and we tried all night to accept the tickets but it kept saying oops something went wrong, we called multiple times and they kept hanging up on us so we just left. This morning we called again and they said we can’t get a refund because we didn’t call last night and they have no records of our phone number WTF. I honestly don’t understand the logic at all I’m just warning you don’t buy from here it’s actually a scam all they want is money.

STUBHUB DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR GUARANTEE. Can I give them a ZERO instead? I ordered 3 tickets and only received two. The row was concealed at purchase, but when I received the verification, the row was not an actual row, but a space for wheelchairs. No seat. Even though in the listing it said, you will be SEATED together, and had a picture of two chairs together. Anyway, when I received only the 2 tickets, it was a different row listing. They will not stand by the guarantee and give me a refund for #1 only getting 2 tickets instead of 3, AND #2 the fact the theater said there was no such row as the one I purchased. The seats were bogus, and STUBHUB will not stand by their guarantee. Do not EVER buy from STUBHUB.

Parking pass father from the venue than noted on the Subhub sight. It was a bitterly cold night and needed to pay to park in another location. Contacted Stubhub and was told all sales are final and they do not guarantee pass descriptions on their site are accurate. Buyer beware policy I guess.

I bought tickets to see AC. DC in Las Vegas in April. Since that time I've had a kidney transplant and my doctors don't want me to travel or be around a lot of people due to immune compromised, they won't refund my tickets. They said I have to sell them, but I'm unable to do that because they won't release the tickets to me in order to sell them. I wouldn't give them any more money and I wouldn't recommend that anybody else does either.

I called customer service because I had no email confirmation of my purchase, found out I needed to update the email on the purchase as it was wrong, it took an hour and and I had to use my sons email, customer service couldn’t update my email that was off by one letter. I still have no confirmation of my tickets and now I cannot log into my account. Customer service was so bad but I was assured if I didn’t get my confirmation before the event I would be reimbursed. Why would I spend hundreds of dollars, plan an event for a specific date and hope to get my tickets on time, so crazy!!!! No more StubHub for me!!!!

Never use Stubhub. Drove from out of town to a comedy show only to find out my tickets had also been purchased by someone else. They entered the venue with the same seats we had. Stubhub doesn't have a security in place to prevent this.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent experience using your platform. I purchased tickets on your site, and upon completing the transaction, I was shocked to find that an additional $400 in hidden fees were added to my total. This amounts to an extra $75 per ticket, which is absolutely outrageous and deceptive. These fees were not disclosed at any point during the purchasing process until the very end, which I feel is misleading and dishonest. To make matters worse, within five minutes of completing the purchase, I realized I had made a mistake and immediately attempted to cancel the order. I spent over an hour on the phone with your customer service team, only to be told that all sales are final and no cancellations are allowed. This is completely unreasonable, especially given how little time had passed since the purchase. As a result of this experience, I want to make it clear that I will never purchase anything from StubHub again. Furthermore, I will make sure to share my negative experience with anyone I speak to, urging them to avoid your platform. The way I have been treated is unacceptable, and I hope you take my complaint seriously.

I sold a ticket on stubhub, who takes a ridiculous cut, but that's not the reason for the 1 star rating. Get this- I was notified on Saturday evening that the ticket had sold, and told I had 2 days to mail it. COUNTING the WEEKEND. OKAY. So I only have Monday to mail it, no problem. On Monday at 12:01 pm, I get an email from stubhub saying: Hello M, You have 1 hour left to send your tickets for this sale! If you do not send the tickets within this time, this sale will be cancelled, and charges will apply. Charges applied will be either 100% of the price paid by the buyer, or the total cost incurred by StubHub in replacing the tickets. Of course, I was at work and not able to jet off to the post office. I called stubhub who of course put me on the phone with a non-fluent in English employee who read to me off a script for 20 minutes, chastising me for "not following instructions" even though I had followed instructions. STUBHUB is terrible. I mailed the ticket to the buyer and I'd better be paid. Jerks

Called Stubhub to request a refund for an event that we where unable to attend due to health issues. The operator asked for proof of the health issue in order to get my refund. Do they not know that is against hippa law and they can even ask such a question or request anything.Do better, if a customers is unable to attend be respectful and understand the situation especially if they purchased the protection plan..

Purchased tickets from StubHub, received the wrong tickets, contacted Stubhub with no action on their part, ask how long this process would take, allowed the time Stub Hub asked for 4 different times over 4 weeks.  I returned the incorrect tickets as StubHub requested.  Needless to say like many other customer complaints, I do not have tickets and now working towards getting a refund.  After reading several reviews, StubHub does not uphold its guarantee of providing comparable tickets if something goes wrong.  Customer service is horrible, StubHub is not a good service provider at all.

Purchased tickets through Stubhub for Jim Gaffigan and Sebastion Maniscalco for a show in New Orleans one month ago only to have them not delivered for the show. Blew money on travel and hotel stay. Absolutely worst travel experience of my life. WILL NEVER USE STUBHUB AGAIN!!!

Hi, I had a sale that has been sucessfully closed, I received the money from stubhub. But on the 6th of Dec, 24 i was charged an amount, as a penalty I think. Since then I challenged this charge twice, i called/wrote to the call center 5 times already and the issue is still not resolved! I think that this is an intentional delay from stubhub in order to make the seller (me) give up. this is not ok for such a big site like stubhub not to clarify this situation after 3 months! I am very dissapointed!

Stubhub deserves zero stars, but that wasn’t an option. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM STUBHUB. I purchased tickets to That Girl LayLay. The show was cancelled and rescheduled to a date that I was unable to attend. I contacted Stubhub immediately, as well as PayPal to make them aware. To date I have not received a refund, and I also never received the tickets. I complained with the BBB. I have tried to talk to both Stubhub and PayPal but neither party seems to care that they basically stole $200+ from a consumer. I will NEVER use Stubhub again and caution others to avoid using them as well.

Client of mine brought group to Las Vegas to see the Eagles at the Sphere. He bought tickets days in advance. On the day of the concert he contacted customer service multiple times and was told they would fulfill the ticket request or deliver similar tickets and would notify an hour or more before the concert. They never contacted him until after the concert started and it was sold out by that time. Had they told him an hour before he could have gotten other tickets. He paid for flights and hotel rooms for 4 people.

Do not accept stub hub suggestions for parking in Indianapolis. Stub hub will leave you with a two mile walk to your event. Also, if you are attending an event at Lucas Oil Field there is a great private lot immediately to the east of the stadium, the guy waves you in, parks you close and charges less than stub hub.

Purchased tickets through StubHub for rod wave event was cancelled requested refund.unable to request refund on app or use credit.contacted customer service x3 within 30days they all said they would escalate my complaint I have still yet to receive my refund or any credit.will NEVER trust or use this company again.
