“I have purchased using SH before with no issues. For an upcoming show it offered parking for an additional charge which I did. Upon pulling the location I was shocked it was a lot with construction equipment not a safe venue. I called to cancel the parking and was told “did I check the location before purchasing” and he would have to discuss with his team.. two full days before the show.. I would have expected a safer parking option with numerous parking garages near as well as a better customer response from Stub Hub to simply remove that charge considering it was tied to almost $500 worth of tickets… be aware of this crappy customer service when using SH!!”
“Awful experience all around. I bought my ticket to the 2025 louder than life Sunday show. I had to cancel so I chose to resell, noting my tickets were not in hand yet. The delivery date on the tickets was set Sept. 18th 4 days from when the show starts. Stubhub wants me to ship and have the ticket delivered in time for that? There’s no way. No matter what there is no seller protection either against this kind of thing, the only way to get around a charge from canceling (after they guilt trip you) is to dispute the charge which I plan to do. Extremely limited options for sellers when it comes to delivery times that you have no control over.”
“Terrible customer service, in general. Terrible for both buyers and sellers. They won't show buyers all available tickets unless sellers lower their prices. The decision to buy should be up to the buyers, not Stubhub.”
“Zero stars first they make relisting confusing. Then they charge you replacement tickets despite people didn't go. Then they tell to relist the tickets so I did after 24 hrs I pulled them to use them because better then losing 360.00 only for the tickets to not work saying they were already in use, then to be told well tough you owe us more money then the tickets you were originally gonna sell. Yeah no I'm calling my lawyer.”
“I will never use Stub Hub again. I purchased concert tickets and a parking pass for a concert at Xfinity Center on Aug 15, 2025. I received electronic tickets for the concert without issue and in plenty of time. I am old school and like to have a paper copy of the tickets and purchases but was told that the venue would only accept the electronic tickets. Frustrating but I managed. I did not receive anything about the parking pass so I thought maybe I did not order it. I went on the Xfinity website 2 days before the concert and could not purchase a parking pass as they were sold out. On Aug 15, my husband and I went to the Venue early to check if we could get a parking pass and were told they were sold out. We ended up using a shuttle service that cost $100.00.
When we got home on Aug 16, 2025, I had an email informing me at 5:07pm on Aug 15 (30 min after the gates opened for the concert), that we did have a VIP parking pass. I did not have my computer and did not have access to my emails on Aug15. When I saw the email I attempted to contact Stub Hub via the online Chat and they were not able to resolve the problem. Thank you for nothing.”
“I got scammed from StubHub. I ordered a concert ticket and they may be buy a parking ticket. Then they made me give them a gift card for a refund, which was total scam. Stay as far away from these people as you can rip off.”
“I will never use stub hub. I ordered tickets and on check out THEY have both the parking and insurance tabs selected so that if you select purchase your order includes those items without a refund. That’s wrong I should select the items I want, not the site. Very unfortunate that stub hub hides behind their purchase agreement that miss lead customers with purchases. Fraud”
“What a horrible experience im going through to get there so called fan protection. Just a heads up dont buy tickets and then sell those tickets and if you never receive your tickets you purchase that you have to give to your buyer because you will be the one who gets burnt I never received My money for the tickets I never received plus I got charged another $500 for the tickets I was suppose to provide to the person I sold them to, so out $900 for not seeing any baseball game and spending hours on the phone to try to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!”
“I had a terrible experience with StubHub. I bought my ticket for a concert six months in advance and they said they weren’t going to be able to deliver my ticket from the seller until the day of the concert. I bought flights and hotels to see the concert And the day of they weren’t able to contact the seller and had no ticket left for me. The only option they gave me was a refund and I had to go buy a full new ticket that was double the price on Ticketmaster Ticketmaster was much more reliable and I got the ticket right away. I’ve used StubHub a lot in the past and have enjoyed it, but I’m super disappointed that They weren’t able to deliver the ticket they promised. The next day I called to get compensated for the extra ticket I had to buy and all the stress that ruined the concert for me and they would not give me the difference of the new ticket I had to buy they only said they could refund me for the original cheap price. I bought it at and they haven’t even refunded me yet. So now I’m down from two ticket prices when I bought from them in advance. I asked for even a voucher for the extra money that they lost me and they denied me. The service was not helpful and they said there wasn’t anyone else I could speak to and that I should hang up and redial.”
“Stubhub is a scam, I made the mistake of buying tickets with them, only to find out minutes later that the same tickets were offered at ticketmaster for 20pct less. They don't allow you to cancel the order (of course, why would they, their business model relies on naive customers like myself). Lesson learned, never again will I do business with this company. Be warned.”
“Game day experience was great. Added parking to my package and the lot was 2 miles away from the venue. Tried to cancel, so the charges would not go through, but once booked, there wasn't a way to cancel and get a refund. That sucked! I ate the cost because I parked within 1/2 block so I could fulfill a lifelong bucket list dream and see my favorite NFL team play.”
“If I can give 0 stars I would.
Sold my tickets on StubHub for Lisa Lisa concert. Was told I would get my payment 5-8 business days after the concert. On Friday August 15th I got an email that the payment failed to my PayPal because wrong information. As I looked at the email that I received the email they sent the money to PayPal was not even correct. Went to StubHub to verify email & not sure wher they received that email from since that was not the email I had on StubHub for PayPal payment. Spoke with agent & was told I would need to update payment method. I chose bank transfer as that was basically the only other option. Then I get an email that my payment was on hold because I need to add my tax TIN number :/ tf. So I add my TIN number. Then I ask an agent how long til I get my payment after that.. was told they were going to process payment again & I should be expecting it soon.. well this was Friday.. today is Monday August 18th which is th day I am supposed to receive payment which states on StubHub & I have yet to receive the payment. Spoke with agent & was told I now have to wait an extra 5-8 business days to payment. WTF!!!!! Will never ever use StubHub again. Nor will I ever recommend StubHub.”
“They wait until the day of the show to send tickets and then when there is an issue there is no time to get the issue resolved. I had purchased a parking pass that was supposed to be right next to the venue but the one I received was miles away! They did not get back with me until after 6pm which was too late because I was meeting friends at 6pm so I had to buy another parking pass. I also had problems with a Nate Bargatze show. They did not give me the seats I ordered 3 months in advance they gave me seats that were much further away with no discount. They suck!”
“I purchased 4 tickets from Stubhub for the blue jay's game 2 weeks in advance for $130 each, and after a week when I did not get my tickets, I called them, and I was told not to worry that the tickets will be sent to me by email 2 days before the game. Well, the day of the game came and I still did not have my tickets so I called Stubhub 1-800 number four times, and they kept telling me that the tickets will be sent to my email, one hour before the game I called again just to be told that they can give me new tickets or I could have a refund. I only had less than 1 hour so I decided to get the new tickets to find out that the new tickets were on the $7 to $20 section of the stadium. I called to see if I could get a refund for at least the difference between the price I paid ($130) and the new tickets ($7 to $20) and I was told that a refund was out of the question because I opted to get the new tickets instead of the refund a few minutes before the game. What a rip-off. I will never purchase tickets from Stubhub again. I rather watch the game in the comfort of my living room before I let this MF*** rip me off.”
“Both Stubhub website and app failed kept cancelling my concert ticket order for no apparent reason. None of the payment options worked. I wasted time and lost the tickets I wanted to buy. Went to SeatGeek instead and guess what? It worked, unlike Stubhub or Ticketmaster.”
“The tickets I received were wrong. They agreed they were wrong. Multiple agents said I’d get an email with comparable tickets. Went to the show as they guaranteed i would be taken care of. Never got an email from them. Great option if all goes well, but as soon as there’s a problem you’re out of luck.”
“Sorry please what ever u do don’t spend your money with Stu hub the sellers along with them stealing peoples money happened to me to took 8 hours for them to issue me a refund please go somewhere else not here please”
“I got tickets for the Sphere in Vegas. that all went fine, but then they email me telling me not to forget parking. ok, so I go thru Stubhub for parking, which said that the PARKING PASS WAS FOR THE SPHERE for that date. I ordered my parking pass and got the email that it's done. when I get the pass, it has me parked 2 miles from the Sphere! I went to customer service and they tell me that I saw the address of my spot on the email when I paid, how was I to know that the address is that far! I don't live there. I googled mapped and couldn't believe how far it was. now they don't want to cancel my pass, which is 3 weeks away!”
“The site is absolute trash. I have tried to update my payment information so that I can pay for tickets even though I carefully review the revision and press save it just reverts back to the old information putting a random c after my box number so I can't buy tickets. It will now be too late to buy the tickets I was looking at with the price I was hoping to pay and of course everything is way over priced to begin with so way to kill the hope of people ever doing something recreationally. I feel bad for the people trying to sell tickets too. gotta be terribly frustrating.”
“sold Chris Brown tickets on StubHub on Aug. 7th, 2025 at Ford Field! On Aug 7th I received an email confirmation stating that my tickets were received on Aug. 7th and I would be receiving a payment 5-8 business days. I called StubHub several times to inquire about my payout and they guaranteed that my tickets were received and I would receive my payment in up to 8 business days only to receive an email on Aug 17th from StubHub stating that I will not be paid because my tickets were not valid.
How? The buyer accepted the tickets once they were accepted they were no longer in my account. I’ve spoken with StubHub numerous times and they guaranteed that I was in good standing and that the payout could take up to 8 days never once did they say the buyer did not receive the tickets!”
