“When trying to contact them through the website you have to chat with a AI robot which gives conflicting answers to the response you get from a so called customer service representative. The customer service representative spoke poor English and their was yelling and screaming in the background. They give the same standard answers for many questions . Ultimately dealing with them was a nightmare and I ended up being charged almost $180 for 3 $20 tickets that I didn't even use. Never again!”

“This is now the third time I've completed a survey from a show that I attended two-plus weeks ago. My suggestion is that unless you're a fan of receiving multiple (up to about 7-8 by now for me) auto-generated emails asking for you to complete a survey about your experience, that you buy from a different forum or unsubscribe from emails immediately.
The concert was amazing. Wilder Woods has an incredible voice and I'd encourage anyone I know to check him out.”

I purchase tickets from Stubhub and they tacked on a 40% fee. When I realized me mistake... immediately after hitting the complete order and call them, they would not cancel my order. STAY AWAY from these scammers. Nobody else uses these tactics. They hold on to the "sales are final" to not budge on anything. The best part is that I do not even have the tickets in my posession... Would never buy from them again.”

There were multiple calls between ticketmaster and Stubhub, but to no avail. Finally, an attendant at the arena was able to get us to our seats two hours later. “Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Issue
I had a terrible experience with StubHub and would not recommend using their service. I purchased two tickets for an event, but only one ticket was available for download. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times before and during the event, they failed to resolve the issue in time. My husband was left standing at the entrance with our child, unable to enter.
To make matters worse, StubHub ignored my complaint until after the event had ended and then refused to issue a proper refund. They falsely claimed that I successfully received both tickets, which was simply not true. After multiple attempts to resolve the matter, they only offered a voucher 127$ ( I spent 509$ ) , instead of refunding my money for the ticket I never received.
This was a frustrating and stressful experience caused entirely by StubHub’s system and lack of proper support. I expected better customer service and accountability from a company handling event tickets. Never again”

“Avoid StubHub – Terrible Experience!
I had a horrible experience with StubHub. They sent me the wrong Sebastian Maniscalco tickets for the wrong night and refused to refund me, even though the mistake was on their end. Their resale system is completely flawed, making it impossible to sell the tickets.
After spending hours trying to reach a live agent and explaining their error, they still refused to make it right. Now, I can’t attend the show tonight or get my money back. Their customer service is awful—no wonder they have an F rating with the BBB and multiple unresolved government actions against them.
Buyer beware! I’ll never use StubHub again.”
