“Tickets purchased through StubHub must be accessed through Ticketmaster, which they don’t tell you when you purchase them. If you have a problem it’s Ticketmaster, you are sunk. I am not able to access my ticket. Ticketmaster says it’s a StubHub problem, StubHub says it’s a Ticketmaster problem they have both told me they can’t help me, so I am out a very expensive ticket. They do not stand behind their products. Do not trust them.”

“I bought tickets through Stub Hub for a Milwaukee Brewers baseball game. There was unexpected flooding and half of the parking lots were not in use at the stadium due to the flooding. I sat in traffic for an hour and a half only to travel one mile. I missed the game and had to drive 2 hours back home. Because I bought my tickets through Stub Hub, I did not receive the credit that fans who bought their tickets through Milwaukee Brewers did. I was told to call Stub Hub because they had my money. When I called they told me “We are not able to do anything about this because the transaction has already gone through and it is out of our control.” Will not be buying through Stub Hub anymore in case an emergency happens that is outside anyone’s control. You will not get compensated under any circumstances.”

We bought tickets for right next to the stage 2 weeks in advance and the night before the concert, they tell us they can’t “fulfill” the tickets so we can either get a refund or pay the SAME PRICE for nosebleeds which is all that was left. “Purchased 4 tickets to see the Backstreet Boys in Vegas. Spent 4k on flights and hotel, 2k for the tickets, and on the day of the event, upon attempting to retrieve my tickets, I received notification that my tickets were retrieved by someone else. Spent the entire day on the phone with Stubhub's customer support and was met unprofessionalism and lies. They informed me that emailed the seller and their email bounced. They strung me along, directing me to call back several times throughout the day and promised me a link to obtain comparable tickets, but they never did. Several calls took over an hour just to reach an agent. I asked for a refund several times and never received the link for it. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Stubhub is corrupt. Their agents are rude and unprofessional, often terminating my call when I expressed concern and frustration. Their call center is based in India and there is an immense language barrier. Do not ever purchase tickets from this company.”
“I have spent days attempting to sell tickets to a baseball game that I cannot attend. Due to Stubhub issues on their website platform my tickets have been unable to sell. Communication with customer service has not helped. Despite them admitting this technical issue and admitting their inability to correct it, their companies recommendation is that I should attempt to List my tickets For Sale on a different competitors site, like MLB. So you are unable to provide a service that you say you can, and your answer to help me solve my problem due yo your glitch is to go to your competitor and use their service? You failed. All together we paid for 5 tickets though two different purchases and were given 3 seats because some of them overlapped. I accidentally clicked on wrong location for a venue & Stub Hub lied saying they'd fix it after processed, 2-3 business days. They said I'd get my money returned to Pay Pal Credit after that was done. So since I trusted Stub Hub, I bought a second set of tickets through Pay Pal Credit. I then called Stub Hub to make sure they processed & the charges were reversed. The guy at Stub Hub laughed & said I was not getting my money back!!! I trusted Stub Hub to rectify the situation and they would not! Pay Pal Credit disputed both transactions. I spent a total over $3200. I fought this over 2 yrs & since I'm a senior & wanted to get this monkey off my back I paid the tickets off! I figured it would cost the same amount through an attorney!

“I bought tickets 2 months ago and I have not received tickets right away and I let them know I haven’t by calls; emails and chats; didn’t hear anything back from the “escalation” and today is the concert and I called again. They said “technical issue” happened and I will be getting tickets. The problem is I need to drive 3 hrs and without any tickets just spending my time for no reason because they have guaranteed refund. I DON’T CARE it is not how you should treat your customers. “Buyers Beware! I purchased tickets on May 18, 2025 for a concert scheduled on July 19, 2025 and received an email from StbHub a few weeks later, which included a link for me to accept tickets. However, the link was no longer active. I called Customer Service and was on hold for 81 minutes and still the issue was not Resolved! Thus, I visited Ticketmaster website and received an email the Same Day to accept tickets. This was a seamless process.Please Buyers Beware of purchasing tickets from StubHub. BTW, not until after I reported StubHub to my credit card is when I received an email from StubHub requesting that I accept tickets the day before the concert. Really? Again, Buyers Beware!”
