Stubhub is absolutely terrible with customer service and satisfaction. I accidentally made two of the same listings and my tickets sold twice and obviously I couldn't supply the second listing. They charged me the full price of my tickets as a penalty, when I explained the situation to customer service, they were not willing to help me at all. For me, I just made an honest mistake for the first time and it cost me more than what I would have taken had I been able to supply the second listing. Personally, I think that being charged the full amount is unfair considering the fact that no service was provided and the customer was refunded. I thing Stubhub needs to be more forgiving for those kind of situations and that there needs to be an overhaul in the customer service department otherwise they will be losing a lot of customers. I know that I am never listing my tickets on Stubhub again after my experience.

They sold me a parking ticket that was invalid, the address was also 1 mile away from event center. The QR code never worked. I did not have any access to the parking garage, and had to leave to find another parking lot and made me 1 hour late to the concert. On top of having to pay For the parking again. I’m very upset will never purchase anything from StubHub again. Fraudulent sales. Will be reporting this to my credit card so I can get a refund.

This was the worst ever I wish I could give it a zero it never gave us our tickets ever and it was many empty promises and it was not worth it do not use this app

The worse app to order from. Customer service was horrible. Whenever you did get through to someone they would tell you that they would escalate the issue with their “internal team”. Would never do business with them again!

Disappointing Experience with StubHub – Avoid at All Costs! I recently purchased tickets from StubHub to see Bad Bunny in Puerto Rico as a surprise for my wife on our honeymoon. As a huge fan of Bad Bunny, this concert was meant to be a highlight of our trip. We flew all the way from the United States, filled with excitement, only to be met with a terrible situation. When we arrived at the concert venue and tried to scan our tickets, we were told that they were invalid. Imagine our disappointment! I immediately called StubHub's customer service, hoping for a quick resolution, but all they did was send me an email indicating that a refund would take 72 hours. This was beyond frustrating! To make matters worse, I had actually called customer service three days prior to the concert to verify the legitimacy of the tickets, and they assured me that everything was fine. It feels incredibly misleading and irresponsible on their part, especially given the special occasion for which I bought the tickets. If you're considering buying tickets from StubHub, I'd strongly advise against it. My experience was a complete letdown, and this company does not seem to have reliable customer support. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your tickets!

Never got whatever it was that I was to show at the parking lot. I was allowed to park anyway. This is the second time advance parking ticket purchase for Sutter Health Park was messed up. First time directions took me to the wrong lot

I purchased tickets for WWE event from StubHub and spent nearly $900 for 2 tickets and then another $30 for parking. When my son and I arrived at the event, we were told that the there was an issue with the tickets and that the venue couldn’t do anything to assist- so we needed to reach out to StubHub for help. When I called StubHub I sat on hold for 10-15 minutes, and was then connected to an agent that was hard to understand and sounded like he was speaking to me underwater with marbles in his mouth. After much back and forth about the issues with the tickets, I was told that StubHub would offer me “comparable” replacement seats since they couldn’t get my tickets to work. However, the “comparable” seats were not even close to where my original seats were nor were they priced in the same range of where my initial seats were. I asked if I would get a refund for the difference and was told that was not an option. After much arguing back and forth, I told the agent and eventually his supervisor that I just wanted a refund. They tried to guilt me into taking the replacement “comparable” seats and said that the refund may not be approved. I stuck to my position and insisted on a refund. It’s been 5 days now and I still haven’t received my $ back, but I was advised it would be refunded eventually. I was fortunately able to buy tickets at the box office of the event, but they were not great seats like I had originally purchased- so that was a bummer - but they were significantly cheaper. I will never buy tickets again through StubHub. My son and I were very upset and embarrassed after being denied entry as a result of the fraudulent tickets StubHub sent me. Moreover the customer service at StubHub was terrible.

I ordered MLB All Star tickets on one order. I ordered an MLB All Star parking pass on another order. I got the game tickets, but I did not get the parking pass. App said I had to wait until 5pm day of game. Game started at 7pm. I reached out after the game about a credit for parking pass and they said NO CREDIT since I contacted them after the event. All support was via chat. No voice customer service. Not a fan of Stub Hub. Avoid if you can!! Service fees are also very high.

Our tickets were for upgraded seating and included parking at an additional cost. We paid top dollar and only received general admission loan tickets the upgrades the seller charged us for our non-transferable per the venue supervisor those upgraded passes were invalid, including parking. I’ve tried to reach StubHub a number of times, they sent me an email and have not responded since with any update on my request for a refund or to even acknowledge it. They say they have a guarantee, but Sellers on this ticket venue cannot be trusted based on our experience.

I bought tickets for a "live" show at the Fox Theater, thru Stubhub. I show up, and it's a movie on a screen sing a-long. This is deceptive marketing practices. Will never purchase tickets thru them again.

"I bought tickets for the Pulp concert in Sheffield through StubHub, and I was supposed to receive the tickets on the day of the concert. We took a plane from Croatia to London, and just as we were boarding the train from London to Sheffield, StubHub emailed to say there were no tickets, with no apologyI'd also like to point out that emails from their site repeatedly stated our purchase and tickets were 100% guaranteed. Then, all of a sudden, they weren't. This was a huge disappointment, and I'll never use them again

False advertising games in the stadium I chose. Customer service tried ask for screenshots of the experience to verify if it was true. Why would I have screenshots of my mobile online experience? They refused a refund for 45 minutes while I continued to tell them I wanted to speak with a supervisor.

DO NOT USE STUBHUB. I just bought a set of baseball tickets through them and was instantly sent a second set of charges for a parking pass. I immediately reached out to customer service to say I never bought a parking pass, but they refused to fix their error, instead suggesting I try to resell the parking pass on their site. WHAT A SCAM!!!

El hecho de domiciliarme a 650 km del lugar del evento y recibir las entradas el mismo día del evento, puso en riesgo la asistencia. Maxime cuando el organizador sólo admite las entradas formato papel. Debieran ser más claros al ofrecer ese tipo de espectáculos.

“Customer service all the way to your seat” that didn’t happen, and I spoke to three different people. Up until an hour before my event, they still couldn’t answer where the 5th ticket went. My daughter’s first concert, she was a nervous wreck that we weren’t all going to get in, so was I….thank goodness I knew the door person and they let us in, because after spending 500+ on tickets, that email they claimed was coming never did!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO ON THEIR SITE FOR TICKETS

Zero stars if it was an option. I ordered tickets and were told they were “confirmed” and “secure”, only to receive an email later saying they were no longer available, but according to their “FanProtect Guarantee”, I could either choose the “BETTER or COMPARABLE” replacement tickets that they had to offer, OR a full refund meaning I wouldn’t be attending the concert. In a bit of a panic and the first time using their services, I selected the closest tickets available to what I had originally, (downgrading me from row 10 on the floor, to row 29, which was the only option provided on the floor - definitely not better and not what I would consider comparable, but at least I would have a ticket!). The other options provided were up in the balcony, not sure why these were even offered when the replacements are supposed to be better or comparable, according to their FanProtect “guarantee”. After selecting the row 29 replacement tickets, I reached out to SubHub to find out what the adjustment would be in price for the downgrade, I was informed that as I selected the offered replacement tickets, that was considered my confirmed acceptance of those tickets at the SAME price and there would be no adjustment to compensate for lost value. However, the page when selecting the replacement tickets only stated there would be no “additional cost”. It did not state I would be opting to overpay for worse tickets. Furthermore, when I asked how to confirm my tickets were now “secure” as they said, and wouldn’t be downgraded again, (because clearly the previous ones so chose weren’t…), they explained that they could only guarantee that if these tickets also became unavailable, that they could offer me more options, (which again, are supposed to be BETTER or COMPARABLE, but that was already proven not to be the case…). With this information, I decided I would rather take the full refund, and purchase my tickets from a different vendor that could secure and confirm my tickets and seats. I was now told that as I chose one of the replacement options for my tickets, I was no longer eligible for a refund, AT ALL! And if I wanted to be refunded for my tickets, I could “post them for sale on their website.” NOwhere when I was being offered these replacement tickets, (that were clearly not even within the parameters of their FanProtect guarantee, as they were not better OR comparable to my original tickets), did it say that I would no longer be able to cancel/refund my tickets once replacements were selected. This is completely unacceptable, I’m now being forced to either accept paying a higher price for lesser value tickets when I don’t even know if they could become “unavailable” at any time and downgraded further, OR to manage the resale myself using THEIR website. I tried speaking to human agents in their live chat, the first time the agent ended the chat with no notice, the second time the agent told me there was no recourse and nothing they could do to help me and that any agent I talked to would tell me the same thing, and the third agent I spoke to did the exact same thing. They all are clearly provided with a book of responses, dealing with them is worse than dealing with the AI representative. Their own AI representative even said that the difference in the tickets I was provided was significant and not comparable and I should reach out to customer support for a refund and that even partial refunds are an option, but none of the agents would acknowledge this. The live agents repeat answers that don’t resolve the situation no matter what you say or what extenuating circumstances you explain, (example: “as you’ve already selected the replacement tickets, there are no adjustments that can be made”). They avoid answering very direct and clear questions such as, “how do I know my tickets are secure”, I had to ask this about 5 times before she responded to explain that basically, they aren’t. I had to ask at least 3 or 4 times for a phone number to be provided to me to reach a supervisor. When I got them on the phone, it was another agent that just did the exact same things as the chat agents. When I asked to communicate with a supervisor, she was able to go ask them questions and report back to me but the supervisor was mysteriously “unavailable” to come on the call. I was told they couldn’t provide me with a supervisor phone number or email address either. Policies here are a complete joke, they don’t follow them themselves (offering me worse tickets than what I paid for) then force you to adhere to them stringently regardless of lack of communication or notification of such policies, (didn’t state I couldn’t cancel and get a refund AT ALL after if I chose replacement tickets), and the service is even worse. Completely abhorrent, ignorant and condescending to deal with as they just repeat themselves as if they’re speaking to a 2 year old. We ask to talk to live agents so we don’t have to deal with robots and can have someone understand extenuating circumstances and empathize with our situation, but whatever training they receive completely negate this. If you want to; A) attend your event in the tickets YOU selected; B) pay proper value for tickets you’re provided; C) be able to contact customer support that actually is there to assist you…. LOOK FOR YOUR TICKETS ELSEWHERE!!!

Extremely disappointing experience — felt completely scammed by both the vendor and StubHub/Viagogo. They lock you into a 10-minute timer, claiming to "guarantee" your selected tickets at the listed price and section. But when the vendor decides to back out of the sale, you're left with no real protection. Instead of honoring the purchase, they offer poor-quality alternatives in worse sections — for the same price. It's misleading, frustrating, and feels like a bait-and-switch. Floor seats paid for and their best option is up in the boondocks and for the same price… WTH!! If I could out 0 stars I would
