“I ordered tickets a week before the concert. They HAD to be physical tickets. They were supposed to arrive the day before the concert, instead, they were in transit all day with UPS and we found out 3 hours before the concert they were not going to arrive.
They refused to send us the tickets electronically. They refused to give us new tickets.

“I did not receive my tickets to see Wicked. I was told they would arrive the day before, then told not to worry, they'd arrive two hours before. They did not. The human representative I spoke with said they would find me another ticket. They did not. Now I wait for the refund. Will I get it? I am so disappointed. This was my first and now last time ever using Stub hub. My college aged children warned me. I didn't follow their advice. I'm so disappointed.”
“I purchased a digital ticket to an event, but when I tried to ‘sell’ it using the site, they required financial information (my address, bank account number, institution details) in addition to my card details (name, number, date, CVS). I became uncountable with this e-commerce site having this much information and tried to cancel the sale. But it was not possible at that stage of the process. So rather than give them those details, I exited the site and eventually used the ticket. 4 days after the event I was charged 32 dollars for not ‘delivering’ the digital ticket. So eventually I paid for the ticket AND the the fee for not delivering the ticket. Their customer service on the issue is limited to a chat with an agent online and their approach is robotic and inflexible. I will be deleting their app and my account with them. Beware!”
“I purchased tickets in December for my grandchildren for dude. Perfect. They were digital tickets. I go on now to get the tickets because the concert is coming up and they’re saying that they were already claimed. They are nowhere in my Ticketmaster and nobody can help me and everything is all under the same email address and I’ve called multiple times and spent hours on the phone. It’s ridiculous that they can’t resend a digital ticket to the person that was purchased from.”
“Horrible, horrifying, and hapless experience! Chatted multiple times with virtual assistant, as well as live agents, to no avail! Eventually, the wrong ticket was sent the day of the event, past the start time!!!
Requested a refund, which is in process, but of course, it will take 8 days to complete. A friend said they were not a fan of StubHub, I should have heeded their advice! Missed an amazing day of tennis at the DC Open as a result. The stress has me exhausted, as though I played myself, instead of being there to cheer on my faves. I'm one and done with this vendor! If I could give a big fat 0, I would! Total Ridiculousness -- attached are images of the ticket I purchased, and what was sent to me?!?!?”
“We will never buy tickets through Stubhub ever again. Stubhub sold us invalid tickets, and now has the audacity to fight our return request because they don't... believe us??? We sent them proof and they are basically calling us liars.”
“I bought tickets for a concert for $200. I couldn’t go, so I put them for sale for $180. A customer bought them, I did everything I could do transfer the tickets to the buyer…(I even attached the proof of the transfer), and they said I never transferred them. So not only did I buy the tickets for $200, they charged me another $200 for “not transferring” the tickets. I never got the buyers money, but they claim they’re paying the customer the additional $200 they charged me. NEVER AGAIN am I using StubHub to buy tickets. PLEASE BEWARE”
“The experience purchasing my game tickets was great. My experience with my parking pass was not good. It was not anything close to what I was expecting. I didn’t have access to parking space until 5:05pm. Only 1 hour before the game with a ridiculous distance to walk to the stadium. We were a few blocks east of Hwy 360. We did not use parking space and spent $20 more for another space very close to the stadium. I will never use Stub Hub for parking passes again. You need to give more detail to your customer as to time restrictions and actual location of the parking spot. I may consider purchasing game tickets again if I get a refund on this parking pass. Thank you for your consideration.”
“Fell for the parking Stubhub pass scam. Great for buying tickets to the event, but the website made it seem to complete transaction I needed to purchase insurance and parking passes. Even worse, Parking passes cost more than at the actual event. Of course even though I contacted them the minute the emails came in, customer service just said "all sales are final"”
“Bought tickets in October for a lot of money. Went to the concert waiting for the tickets to come and they never got sent. Had a confirmation email for my purchase and everything. Talked to a lady and they said they could refund me. Drover 3 hours for the concert and couldn’t even get in.”
“Ordered a parking pass and the directions to lot took us somewhere we weren’t able to get into and were told that we were in the wrong place. All addresses led to the wrong place, never got to use the ticket and had to fork out more money. Tried to get support to get a refund or something after the event but they basically gave me the finger and told me absolutely nothing could be done because the event was over, it was not even 4 hours after the event. Totally got scammed and they didn’t care at all. Would not recommend and I’m never using this site again. Cheers.”
“Horrible experience with stubhub will never purchase through them again!! Drove 5 hours to a Coldplay concert in Madison only to find out at the venue that 2 of our tickets were a scam! Paid $1,000 for a hotel room plus travel only to get turned away at the door and stubhub to provide no support. The only protection you have is a refund. Never will purchase again.”
“Bought Coldplay tickets through StubHub, showed up and they were scammed (screenshotted) tickets. StubHub did nothing about getting us replacement tickets. This is the SECOND time this has happened to us using StubHub— will never use them again.”

“Stubhub account was hacked, someone bought tickets (but never recieved them). Stubhub closed my account but never refunded my money. So Stubhub, kept the tickets and money. There are plenty of other places to buy tickets. I would NEVER EVER buy tickets from them. I never had a problem with Ticketmaster. I would give Stubhub zero stars”
“I ordered a parking pass from stubhub and I wasn't told that I needed to sign for the delivery - it was a $25 pass! When I wasn't home, I got an email stating that if I didn't accept the delivery on the next attempt, my pass would be destroyed and I would not get a refund. I have to have the delivery diverted to a FedEx site and go way out of my way to pick it up.
What a scam. I would not purchase anything from StubHub again.”
