“I had 3 tickets in the cart. Pressed buy. Sent me 1 ticket. Only charged for one but definitely a glitch in their system. They won't refund or any other accommodations. Customer service rep was not helpful. Garbage company.”
“I purchased tickets to take my daughter to a Enhypen concert in New York. The tickets said they were ready but I could not download them to use, I called customer service at least 20 times and was told there was nothing they could do and that I can complain if I want to too but there is nothing further they build do. They had no problem taking my money but couldn't help me with my tickets. I ended up having to buy tickets from a different company. Please what ever you do do not ever use StubHub.”
“Absolutely everything is wrong with stubhub. Never received my tickets & I’ve been calling every other week trying to get my refund. It’s been almost 2 months and I’m still getting the run around. I would not recommend buying tickets on this platform unless you want to lose your money. Money back guarantee my butt.”
“Horrible horrible I bought tickets a week in advance for 161$
Then I was told it would be delivered 3 hours before concert for what ever reason . Then 3 hours before nothing
2hours nothing then Iim told I would be refunded but miss the concert. Had to rebuy 500$ last minute tickets and all the stress along with. Horrible experience horrible horrible. Never use stub hub any other service would be better. I bout my tickets on vivid delivered in minutes.
Stubhack is the worst ever! Booooooooooooooll”
“We are attending a Vince Gill concert at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville TN. Stub hub assigned a parking lot that was further away when there were 3 parking garages listed as closer to the venue. Since it is within a mile of the venue, stub hub wouldn't refund the parking price. We tried to resell the parking space but the lot wasn't even listed as an option to resell. I would recommend not purchasing the parking in conjunction with the concert tickets. I plan not to ever in the future and plan on disputing that credit card charge as we will not be using it and plan to Uber for cheaper.”
“I bought tickets for a March 1st concert in Las Vegas. Then one of the band members got ill. Then the concert was rescheduled for August 2025. They scheduled me for a Thursday August 14th reschedule which I had originally had March 1st a Saturday. I wanted the Saturday in taking off work. So, I contacted them and got no where. So, I rescheduled the airline and hotel. As the airline prices where very High I rescheduled again and received lower prices. Then come Sunday August 3rd I got a notification to claim my tickets. I went to do so to find the tickets were rescheduled AGAIN for Saturday August 16th WTH! Now I’ve called and called and transferred them back as told to do so and Stub hub stated that the seller needs to reschedule and has till 5pm the 14th to submit those tickets which I have no idea where or when and risk the fact that I might fly out to Las Vegas and have nothing. I asked for a refund in which they won’t do as I was trapped in my option into this in the 1st place not knowing I was buying from a 3rd party. I will never recommend nor use them ever again and just wish to get my money back and book directly.”
“worst customer service I ever faced in my life.
In one event I am not able to go that event so I thought I would sell my ticket to StubHub.
That was my biggest mistake in my life for 25 tickets I need to do 10 emails with them and still they not understand my situation because I am genuine seller I am not like dealer or trader of ticket. So they trying to not given me any single money and on top of they are charging 75 administration fee so you can understand my lost and worst customer service I ever faced in my life do not use the platform platforms.”
“I will start off, as this was my fault, but in fairness to myself we had a death in the family and tickets I was selling lost my interest, as other matters became much more important, did StubHub care, no charge me for not fulfilling my obligations.
Never again will I ever use this company.”
“Absolute scam. Spent over $500 on 2 tickets to see Randy Rogers and Mark Chesnutt at whitewater amphitheater. Never received my tickets, tried to get help from customer service and put in a resubmit request the day of the concert and they told me to wait. After the concert the customer service agent said that It there's nothing they can do and im not getting a refund. Absolute trash. Do not use.”
“⭐☆☆☆☆ — Terrible communication, lost my money and my tickets
I used this app to resell my concert tickets and had a terrible experience. I posted my tickets and got a buyer — but they canceled the payment, and I wasn’t even notified until three days later. By the time I saw the email, it was too late to use the tickets OR try to resell them again.
Their system failed me completely. There was no real-time alert, no push notification, nothing — just a delayed email buried in my inbox. This kind of poor communication cost me both my tickets and my money. I trusted the app, and it completely let me down.
If you’re trying to resell tickets last minute, DO NOT rely on this platform. They need to do better.”
“Terrible experience and even worse customer service.I would not recommend using this platform to sell tickets. I tried multiple times to transfer my tickets and spoke to customer service at least 7 times. I have the emails to prove it and shared it with them. Despite all that, they were never able to help me complete the transfer. Since the tickets weren’t selling and I couldn’t get support, I decided to just attend the concert myself. Of course, the day before, someone finally wanted to buy them, but by then I had already traveled. The company still charged me the full price for the sale, even though I used the ticket myself. So I ended up paying double. I pleaded with them and sent all of the email documentation showing the back-and-forth. A month later, they finally responded just to deny my request.Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll never use this platform again.”
“Worst company ever. They sold me seats that don't exist and the prices were also triple than it was to purchase at the door. When I told them about it they said they can offer me a credit of 25% without a ticket still. They are a scam company.”
“Purchasing tickets was great. Careful purchasing parking pass - parking garage ended up being a 10 minute walk from the venue in a 'sketchy'neighborhood.”
“Was sold a $150 parking pass when they don’t have any paid parking at the venue. All lots were full when we arrived and we had to park almost 2 miles away and walk. My husband has Parkinson’s and it was almost more than he could handle. Very disappointed - parking attendant said stub hub screws people all the time. 😒 still waiting to see if we get a refund”
“We purchased a Parking Pass for a spring training game in FL. The address did not exist anywhere near the stadium. We spoke to a police officer and he said we were not the only ones scammed. He had spoken to other attendees who had the same issue. After the game, we called stub hub who said they'd refund the $56.35 plus the additional $20 we had to pay to park. We never saw the refund show up on our credit card after 3 months. When we called stub hub to ask about it, they said they had no record of our calling them and that they wouldn't refund the charge!!! NEVER use stub hub for a "parking pass" and be extremely careful buying tickets.”
“Stub hub sells you tickets and charges service fees without confirming transfer of tickets. In one weekend, myself and two other friends were left without tickets day of the event. Stub hub has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The practice should be illegal as they process payment without any guarantee of getting the tickets. Please do not purchase tickets on stub hub. It will be a massive headache and they will not help fix the situation. Worst company I’ve dealt with.”
