Do not use stubhub their prices are higher and the customer service is terrible. I bought a parking pass and when I got to the event the lot was full and stubhub refused to take responsibility or give me a refund. STAY AWAY!!!

We purchased tix in June 2024 for a concert in March 2025 - when we went to bring up the tix they were unavailable! They “offered” to give us obstructed views tix for the same price!! I will NEVER buy from Stub Hub again - EVER!

Honestly, I would give this company no stars. I purchased tickets for a college basketball game that originally had a location that was "TBD". I received an email about parking passes for the event so I purchased the parking pass for $20. After confirming the game location, I noticed the parking pass was for a city 45 minutes away at the other arena location. I contacted customer support and person named "Christine" was "Investigating" my case. She then told me she couldn't do anything because their record showed that that was the location of the event. Which is INCORRECT. ESPN reports the event is taking place at another location, which I tried to communicate multiple times. Being that the cost was only $20 I requested my money back. She said she could not give me my money back and would not provide any other solutions. Conversation was over. I will try to never use stub hub again for event tickets if I can avoid them. Terrible customer service and I hope my $20 helps keep them a float, they suck.

Bought 2 tickets to what I believed to be the who’s line is it anyway show. I soon found out that it was a different and vulgar show unsuitable for my 13yr old daughter. I immediately tried to contact customer service approx 5 minutes after purchase. I was only able to get through via chat and after 2 hours a 2 hour discussion there was no resolution. Very disappointing. Do not use this service!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on StubHub. I’m a first-time user, and I accidentally sold tickets to the wrong show on the same day at the same venue. The tickets were $500, and on top of that, StubHub charged me an additional $500 to reimburse the buyer, leaving me out a total of $1000. To make matters worse, I’m a federal worker who is in the process of losing my job, so this couldn’t have come at a worse time. I opened a claim with StubHub, and after over a month and a half of waiting, they denied my claim without even offering the chance to speak to someone or provide any explanation. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and it’s hard to understand why such a large company would treat its customers this way, especially when they’re already going through tough times. I hope others take this experience into account before using this platform. #Disappointed #CustomerServiceFail #StubHub #BadExperience

Paid for two tickets to an event at the Grand Ol Opry. When I arrived at the venue I was told that no tickets were available under my name. I had driven more than 200 miles to see this show and was turned away. StubHub refused to refund my purchase price and said it was my fault because I did not contact them at the time I had the problem.

There is a fraudulent ticket purchase in my account which I am being charged for. I appealed it with my credit card company and StubHub provided “documentation” that it was a legitimate charge. Spent hours on the phone with customer service to no avail. In my account it even shows the tickets being transferred to a fake email address (the scammer tested it first with a couple hundred dollar purchase before making a several thousand dollar purchase. Fortunately that one was properly denied but I am still out $200 for a purchase I did not make and tickets I do not have and they won’t help

Tonight I tried to buy 2 tickets to an event for $9 each. After typing in my credit card info, I clicked "review purchase" only the purchase confirmed without my review and Only after this did I discover I had been charged another $9 in fees on both tickets, meaning I tried to make an $18 purchase and only found out afterwards I had been charged $37! I understand online purchases come with fees, but I was not shown these fees before the purchase and sure as Hell would not have agreed to twice the purchase cost in fees! Never again!

Something has gone very downhill with stub hub customer support. Used to be so helpful; now seems like a runaround with everything blamed on the computer program. My listing is not showing- they tell me it’s an algorithm thing and if I want to sell my tickets that I should call my friend to let them know. what??? Never again!!

Horrible experience. My daughter bought tickets 3 months before a show. We were informed tickets would be available 24 hours before the show. We traveled to another City for the show and 24 hours before we were informed tickets would be available 2 hours before the show which did not happen. Contact with customer service informed us the tickets were no longer available, the show was sold out and all they could do after 4 calls and over 30 minute wait times in between calls was give us a refund. We are out over $1600 on travel, hotel, meals, etc. That we will never get back! BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT USE STUBHUB!!! Obviously not reliable!!

Your Fees are outrageous. New Yorkers get ripped off as the exact pair of tickets for the the next nights game were selling for $78, where I paid $192 before the RIP OFF FEES!

I purchased tickets to Wicked the musical, months ahead of time. I received an email with my tickets, so I attempted to download the tickets and received an error sign. I called Stub hub and after 4 phone calls, I was told the tickets were emailed to a similar email as mine with a few added digits!!! What a scam!!! So now I await my reinstatement. 😞

I had an emergency come up and I needed to refund my tickets. My emergency was a family member became very sick and I needed to travel from California to New York to be with this family member so I wasn't sure I would be here for the May tickets I had purchased. I spoke to customer service and explained the situation and they were not understanding at all. They said the only way for me to get my money back would be to sell them on Stubhub. What they DONT tell you is that once you sell them you don't get paid till 5 to 8 business days after the event which for me would be middle of May 2025. Thats unacceptable!

I had no idea the fees were so high! Nowhere on the order form was I given the fees in advance. I found out too late that there were over $50 in fees for three tickets. Chat was of no help! No refunds out credits. Only option is to relist the tickets myself. No one else is going to want to be ripped off like this. Apparently the information is hidden in the filters!

StubHub charged me $333.00 for a $100.00 Neil Young ticket by price-gouging, adding hidden fees, and lying about the Chicago concert being nearly sold out on Feb. 24, the first day of sales.
