“I am quite frustrated with the confusing app and the unsatisfactory customer service. I am a Senior Citizen, and although I am not terribly tech savvy, but did seek guidance from the chat help every step of the way in trying to sell tickets to a concert we were unable to attend. I could not easily find a phone # to speak with a live person, and when I did, it took 3 calls to finally speak with someone. Turns-out that, in my confusion, I accidentally created multiple listings to sell my tickets, so was charged FULL PRICE for each listing made in error! When I spoke with a supervisor, he explained that if I didn't have the available credit on the card I bought the tickets with, that the charges would "remain dormant" until I tried to buy tickets again. They ended-up taking over $1,000 from the bank account I had listed to deposit ticket SALE. My husband and I are furious.”

“Very poorly run company. They have no real customer service—only a chat option with agents who are no help at all. I purchased a parking pass for an Adam Sandler event but was unable to download the barcode needed to scan at valet parking. As a result, I had to pay a second time at the event. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to reimburse me.”
“Stubhub won't refund the $241.6o I paid for tickets and never received. I waited and waited for them to call like they said they would and by the time I got a hold of them, 16 days later they said it was too late to get a refund. They are a rip off bunch of bastards!”
“Purchased Tickets for the Oregon OSU game on Sept 6th 2025. Ticket link came and the link did not work. It sent me to a site where you could not login. Called and they said to check on a different device. Checked on my desktop, laptop, phone and called a friend in another state and he could not login either. Spent 3-4 hours like this. Very frustating. They kept saying you have the link and I would say the website does not work. They would then say great you have your tickets. Then I called the customer service number. Told them the website did not work and they did not speak english well. They kept saying great you are satisfied? I will close the ticket. Each time I kept saying no the website does not work I cannot get my tickets. They said they would investigate and call me back. They never did. Called a few days before the game and they said you have the link for your tickets just click it. I kept telling them the website they sent me does not work. Each time they would say, well then click on the link or great then this is resolved. I asked for a supervisor. After an hour the same person came back on and said check your email the tickets are sent. Same link, same broken website. At this point I asked for my money back. Since their website has all these Fan Protect from purchase to your seat promises. They opened a ticket and I submitted screen shots showing there was no tickets in my stubhib or tickmaster account, no tickets in my Goducks account and a video of the link they sent not working and a description of the problem. They said they would call me back. They never did. I called the day of the game and they told me to again click on the bad link. I told them it didnt work. So they emailed me the same link and told me the matter is resolved. At this point I demanded a refund stating that it is theft to take someones money and not render goods. They stated that another department had decided that I did get my tickets and that no refund would be availible.”
“Absolutely awful customer service. Never received tickets that I purchased. I contacted with concern about not having tickets yet prior to game. Was promised replacement tickets which were never delivered. I did receive refund, but I had to purchase tickets on another platform to be able to attend game. Wish I could give zero stars! Do not buy!!!”

“I purchased my tickets 1 1/2 months before my event and was assured that my tickets and parking pass would be delivered and covered under their fan protect guarantee. My parking pass was released 1 week before my event for a completely different event across the nation. I spent that following week up to my event in several Stubhub chats and emails requesting a replacement pass which I never received. In addition, I was assured that my 5 event tickets would be released on the day of my event as the reseller was "a longstanding and reliable reseller." Unfortunately, stubhub was wrong. I was notified 2 HOURS before my event that not only were my original tickets unavailable but there were NO REPLACEMENT TICKETS provided. I did receive a refund but I had to SCRAMBLE in the hot sun, with several kids, 5 hours from our home, to find alternative tickets which were $100 more than my original purchase. I will tell you right now, TICKETMASTER pulled through and I found 5 reliable tickets... I have spent several hours in Stubhub chats and on the phone with their customer service dept regarding a refund for my parking pass in addition to a match difference refund for the second set of tickets I had to purchase LAST MINUTE for my family to attend my event WITHOUT RESOLUTION. I am completely disappointed and will never use Stubhub again!”
