“Advice to others: If you’re purchasing tickets for a major event, I recommend using Ticketmaster or another platform that provides better customer care. StubHub may deliver your tickets, but that’s apparently where their responsibility ends. DO NOT USE STUBHUB!!”
“Worst service ever. They have no authority with the seller which means there is NO guarantee when you buy a ticket that you will actually get the ticket. This means you are screwed when you try to buy anything last minute. Give me the old days when I took cash and went down to the venue to secure a ticket. Stubhub sucks!”
“Stub hub sold tickets for an event that they knew was rescheduled when they sold them in my opinion . Instead of taking the event down or posting it rescheduled, they continue to allow customers to buy tickets that they can’t use until months down the line . If I wanted an event in February, I would have looked for one then !! Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer !”
“I paid $27 for parking through StubHub near the Peacock Theater, but I was assigned a parking garage several blocks away (0.12 miles) from the venue.
When I tried to validate the prepaid parking code at the machine, it kept showing “invalid.”
After the concert ended, I tried again—this time attempting to pay directly at the machine just to exit the garage, and it still showed “invalid,” but listed the parking fee as only $9.00.
So I ended up paying $27 for a $9 parking spot that I couldn’t even validate. StubHub completely ripped me off on parking fees.”
“A complete scam of a ticket selling venue. I tried purchasing tickets to a play in New York. What I thought I was purchasing was center stage. All that was listed was orchestra and the photo shown was center stage. I go through and purchase and get the furtherest left stage as possible. I contact customer service because they guarantee the tickets just to have them say sorry it says left stage. Yeah I get that. That’s why I’m calling. What a joke”
“This is the WORST company to use for tickets. STAY AWAY
I purchased tickets to the F1 in Singapore 2 months in advance and they left me waiting for the tickets until the day of the event only to tell me that they couldn’t get tickets.
DISGUSTING !!!!”
“Atrocious customer service. Customer did not follow instructions for sale, I contacted the customer service at 6am(sale was at midnight). Stubhub emailed to say the deadline had passed and removed tickets from my account. They then called a day later (while I was at work) and wanted a response within 40 minutes. No response from a human. They are now threatening me with a £46 charge despite their lack of communication and mixed messages. It took a week to get a response to myself. I asked for it to be escalated and they refuse. Avoid avoid avoid!”
“Had a horrible experience. Purchased two tickets for a show and was denied entry because they were already used. Buyer beware. Never again!!! Customer service refused to help me in any way after a lengthy back and forth. I had to open up a dispute with my payment company. They say 100% guarantee; that is a lie!”
“Scam. Poor customer service. They hide everything from you. The fees. The detail of your selling transaction. Their phone number. When you finally call them. They deny their own instructions that was sent through an email. After holding you on the phone for 1 hours and 47 minutes and forward them their own emails they say you should have followed another steps which was not on the email and is not even on their website. DO NOT BUY OR SELL from them. My ticket was rescheduled. Instead of refunding they asked me to resell it and I won't be charged the fee but they charged me and denied such email. I did not changed the date of the game.”
“Horrible service!! They ruined my night !! My ticket order fell through 3 times !!! They said sellers couldn’t !! 3 times!! It was terrible service!!!!”
“I bought tickets for Texas Rivalry game Texas vs. OU through StubHub. Tickets never came through, reached out and got the seller and was able to receive tickets for the game and was told he did not go through StubHub. The parking I purchased through StubHub went to a third party ParkWhiz which turned out to be a scam. When I went to parking lady attendant said she had a couple of ppl with the same issue and that her parking was not even available through the website. They were private. When I tried getting refund through StubHub they escaled it and said I would get email and never did. Do not trust StubHub! They are a bunch of scammers!!”
“horrible horrible horrible
i bought tickets to wicked and the tickets day of the event still no tickets then when you call customer service all they do is say you can have a refund or try for other tickets for a sold out event really never use stub hub it's a scam”
“Order some tickets for the eagles at the sphere and 5 hours before they said they canceled tickets bunch of b******* they should get fined they suck don't ever use them again they'll let you down”
“Sold me a ticket and wouldn’t stand behind it when I couldn’t find it. Keep sending me Ticketmaster and insisting it through them. Couldn’t resolve the issue over the phone either. I’m out 232.00 dollars and they done nothing….. don’t use them, buy direct from venue!!!!!!!!”
“I purchased tickets for Texas in May and received tickets for Germany the next day. Was told since I didn't contact them in time they could not give me replacement tickets even though when I tried to access app I got a something went wrong notification”
“Transfered tickets to a friend, they dissappeared out of his account, and never returned, haven't received a refund yet, even though SH admits they were at fault”
“Did not initiated the parking pass and instead asked for a refund (which was an option at the bottom of the ticket) as the parking area was 3.6km away. Purchased by accident in my haste to get tickets that were quickly selling out. Haven't received any refund.”
“I bought tickets for a concert, the day before the concert I went to get my tickets. When I clicked to transfer them it said that the tickets had already been accepted by another email address. I used all email addresses I could think of including friends, family, and nothing. StubHub couldn’t do anything for me and said they would expedite it as important since the concert was the next day. I never heard anything from them, so after the concert I called again asking for a refund since I had told them I had no access to my tickets and called them a bunch of times the day before with no resolve. They told me I couldn’t have a refund because the tickets were accepted. But I never accepted them and they could not tell me where the tickets went or who accepted them. So $500 wasted and got to be played around on the phone for hours with them.”
