“Seating was unclear. “Amazing seats!” It says while showing a picture of a seats on the second floor near the balcony. Meanwhile, I get there, I’m in the VERY LAST ROW of the entire arena. Sucky seats and misleading advertisement. Great show though but that’s bc the band freakin rocks. Prob not gonna use this site again.”
“Quick easy transactions. Finding tickets in confusing with all the filters and recommended statuses. Literally logged into two different devices and the ticket prices are $5-$7 different for the same seats. Some tickets don't appear on some searches. There should be an easy way to see ALL tickets at once.
Fees are obscenely high - i will probably be switching to Seat Geek.”

“this was super easy. i purchased a parking ticket. when i arrived at the parking deck, they said, credit cards only. i told them i had already purchased thru stub hub, they scanned and in i went. he said they didnt have many spots left when i got there, so i was glad i pre purchased.”
