“Poor Customer Service and resolution. They don't care about the consumer and they don't have anything in place to resolve or correct issues and errors on their end. Hence no refunds. The customer service department is in another country outside of the U S. and all they do is lie to you and repeat the same scripted statement over and over again. Asking to speak to a manager for overrides is the same outcome as speaking to a rep. I will never use them again and I will encourage anyone I know not to use them.”
