“Easy to use and to choose seating areas. Would have appreciated being able to specify which seats in the row that we were getting. The mobile download was great and it went instantly into my Ticketmaster account which was reassuring. Your fees are high though, and that made me wince a bit. But overall, it was a show I wanted to see, I was too late to get tickets the regular way, and you got me to an event that I otherwise would never have made it to and so I am grateful.”
