“Absolute worst company, they screwed me with tickets and the customer support is atrocious, left me missing over half the event and no one cares and they took all my money”
“I bought 4 tickets with excellent seating at the Hollywood Bowl costing $2400
In Feb for a June 26th show for Chris Stapleton (tonight)
When trying to order dinner at the Bowl, I realized the tickets are for general admission and standing room only !! With no seats !
After 5 phone calls to StubHub and transferring the tickets back to them, it is 2:00 in the afternoon and I am still waiting for the correct tickets or a refund !
Will NEVER use them again !!!!

“I bought my concert tickets in April, 2024, just for them to never arrive for an event on 6/25/2024. On 6/25/2024, early in the morning, I contacted the Hub Stub customer service they told me to be patient and wait until til 4 PM on 6/25/204 and that tickets will arrive.
At 4 PM, I called again and they told me that the seller was unable to fulfill my order and deliver tickets and they stated they could only offer me a refund and a voucher for $81. It appears that they sold my tickets for higher price. I am beyond upset and disappointed at Stub Hub. They play dirty games with people’s money and feelings. And, I give them no stars!”
“StubHub is a scam. To be more precise, the platform enables scammers to use it to take advantage of buyers without any fear of consequences. On June 18, 2024, I bought two tickets to the Portugal-Turkey Euro 2024 match in Dortmund, Germany, scheduled for June 22, 2024. On the day of the game, the seller still had not transferred the tickets to me. When I called StubHub to complain, the company contacted the seller, who said he/she was no longer able to send me the tickets. Under these circumstances, StubHub says it will find alternative tickets for the buyer, but the event was totally sold out, of course, even on the secondary market. So we had to watch the game from the FanZone outside, in a large field with 30,000 other fans. My son was crushed.
I used a European ticket resale site for another game and had no problems. StubHub refunded my money for the tickets, but no one can re-create the experience my son and I did not have, nor will StubHub compensate me for the money and time we spent to travel to Dortmund.”
“Awful company with awful policies. Was not allowed a refund for purchased tickets because I typed gmail.con instead of gmail.com. They will glad take ur money and send will accept an invalid email for purchase. Absurd!!! Hate this company- will never use again”
“Do not use Stib Hub. The tickets are pretty much non transferable. If you send the tickets to your Apple wallet app, these cannot be transferred to a friend. It is very frustrating. Your best bet is to use another ticket agency. Also, their help line is useless. Please beware of Stubhub.”
“Do not EVER use stubhub. Had bad feeling about it from day one when they said they’d send me my tickets the day of the concert. Drove 12 hours to Columbus Ohio just to have stub hub send me an email saying my original tickets were no longer available then said except these garbage tickets I could have gotten for a fraction of the price OR get a refund and drive back home. It ruined the entire concert and they knew exactly what they were doing. I will NEVER buy from the fraudulent organization again scumbags ! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Customer service actually started yelling at me. This is a fraudulent organization if they will do it to myself and my son they will do it to you !”
“I traveled over five hours to see a comedian. I had bought StubHub tickets for the event eight months prior. I never got the tickets, and less than an hour and a half before the show they told me my tickets were canceled. They couldn’t get them from the seller, so sorry …. So I had a 5 1/2 hour drive, hotel room, multiple parking fees, And a 5 1/2 hour drive home The next day and never got to see an event while I was there. I called StubHub to try and get any tickets to pretty much any show, and they said that they had fulfilled their obligation toward me by refunding me the money of my tickets and there was nothing else they could do for me, sorry!!! Oh, but they did give me $150 StubHub credit as if I would ever order from them again!”
“I would give a 0 if I could. Just like other customer said they issue you tickets that are not available and then tell you they can’t give you a refund unless you accept alternative tickets with worse seating. Even then, the tickets did not come on time. I spent four hours on the phone and finally got a refund because I told them I reported them to PayPal who would be refunding my money anyway, stay away!”
“I didn't realize that they are secondary. Bought tickets thru them and then event was postponed for 5 months. Wouldn't offer moneyback, had to resell , then I was told that if I sell tickets soon, I have to wait until 8 days after event to get my money-back?. Great for stubhub, bad for consumer. Will never buy from your site again!!”
“Company is a scam you pick the section of seats you want then they tell you your tickets are not available and offer you allot worse seats with a small voucher knowing you will bever use them again!!! Stay away from stub hub complete scam!”

“Bought some overpriced resell tickets to a show. The guy never released the tickets and we were given some alternate seats. The seats ended up being decent but the parking pass was in a lot far away from the venue. We had to pay for a parking lot closer and these money hores would not refund my money. NEVER BUY PARKING FROM STUBHUB.”
“Scammed me out of over $3,000. Sold me tickets to a fight for specific fighters, fighters changed days before the fight and they wouldn’t refund money. Stay away. Don’t expect to get what you pay for. Theft.”
