We bought ticklers to a concert at a good price. We had to travel for hours to get the where the concert was going to take place. The tickets were not yet in my control. Thankfully the tickets arrived the day of the concert. Not going to lie I thought it was going to be a scam. I don’t know why they just don’t send you the tickets instantly after you buy them. I was so nervous I was looking to buy another pair of tickets. They should change that!!!”

Despite them admitting this technical issue and admitting their inability to correct it, their companies recommendation is that I should attempt to List my tickets For Sale on a different competitors site, like MLB. So you are unable to provide a service that you say you can, and your answer to help me solve my problem due yo your glitch is to go to your competitor and use their service? You failed. “Well I never received tickets in email provided, it was for the Backstreet Boys show on 08/10/2025 at the Sphere, I called you guys and person on phone did make it right when she resent tickets using a different email, to my original email on file. And I was able to download logging into my Ticketmaster acct As They were sent It was for Order #620323324”
“Stubborn sent me a email for a concert i was attending. It was to add parking. I haven't been to a concert in years. With fees it was $80 after all was said and done. We got there and the venue was only charging $20. Yes I'm an idiot. But just posting so no one else has this happen.”
“Do not buy your tickets through Stubhub!!! I was sold tickets and given the same seats as some family members and they absolutely refused to refund my money and let me buy different seats. All together we paid for 5 tickets though two different purchases and were given 3 seats because some of them overlapped. I was told over and over again that they do not do refunds and all sales are final even when the mistake is theirs. Dishonest company and horrible customer service!! Buy your tickets somewhere else!!!”
