“I had to call customer service - cause had I not, my ticket (which I purchased) wouldn’t have come. Never arrived, nothing - and they were quick 2 hours before the event started to issue me another ticket (as they couldn’t locate my original one). Made all the difference, Jo Ann did and I could hear her well-spoken voice and had no problem communicating with her.”

I got to the chat room who told me there is no code number
And 5 minutes after I ended the chat session received a code number your people need better training”
