All of a sudden only a refund is available. The show sold out. Then there were 3 tickets available on their website for TRIPPLE the price! The seller was hoping to bank more money at our expense. Terrible service. Fan guarantee only means refund. Broke my daughter's heart.”
“Tickets keep getting "hidden" due to pricing. 1. I had my tickets priced in the middle of what was currently listed. 2. They're my tickets, let me list them for the price I want. I spent 25min on the phone with customer service and my listing was still hidden. The recommended price from Stubhub was $68. I searched for the event on stubhub and the lowest tickets listed were $81???”
“Bought tickets and had to resell them. There is no way to transfer the tickets to the buyer and no way to speak to anyone at stubhub to walk me through the process. Had a confirmation from ticketmaster (where I originally bought them) that they were sold and transferred to the buyer. Stubhub charged me $90 - more than double the cost of the tix for not transferring them. Disputed the charge with them to no avail. DO NOT USE STUBHUB. they rip you off!”
“This was my first ever concert ticket purchase in Canada or through StubHub so I was extra cautious about buying resale tickets online - fearing losing money or not getting tickets on time etc. however with StubHub the process was very smooth and reliable I got the tickets transferred within 24hrs after asking the payment on StubHub. I would recommend the platform to anyone looking to buy/sell tickets online - way safer than marketplaces.”

“Great priced tickets and excellent seats. Purchasing the tickets was easy but downloading them afterwards required downloading the ticketmaster app and took about 10 minutes to follow the steps and create accounts. Not a big issue though, I would still recommend StubHub”
“i listed tickets to a concert by accident i put wrong section from there drop down when they sold it was noticed ,and i reached out immediatley to fix the issue the customer service people did not even know what was wrong tried explaining but got know where.you can only chat online no phone number .now there trying to charge me 500.00 for the tickets being listed incorrectly.stay away from this company”
“I’ve never experienced such predatory seller treatment. StubHub put me on hold for hours until I gave up, clearly designed so sellers can’t contest unfair penalties. They offer zero leeway, even when the situation is clearly beyond your control, and treat honest sellers as disposable. Their “support” is robotic, apathetic, and entirely buyer-sided. Avoid selling here unless you’re prepared to lose money and be stonewalled by a company that profits from your misfortune.”
