Was not able to attend a concert so resold my tickets, then Stubhub charged me $400 for not fulfilling my sale even though I transferred the tickets and they were accepted by the buyer. Called them multiple times and filed a dispute with no resolution. They continued to keep the charge in place.”

“We purchased approximately $1,500 worth of tickets on StubHub and spent over a week trying to download them to my iPhone. Every single one of their automated instructions said to follow a few steps and then “add the tickets to your wallet”—none of which worked.
I’ve used mobile tickets before, including for two previous Eagles concerts in different states, and adding them to my wallet was simple. But this time, nothing worked. I’ve had issues at events where the cell signal is weak and the network times out, and I didn’t want to risk being at the Sphere for an Eagles concert and unable to access the tickets.
I emailed StubHub and never received a response. Eventually, I used their chat service, which took a while to connect with a live agent. Despite explaining my concern about relying on a link in poor signal conditions, the agent told me to save the link in Notes—again, not a solution. After 15–20 minutes of back-and-forth, the agent suddenly said the tickets were not available to add to my Wallet. If that was the case, why wasn’t that the first thing they checked?
At that point, it felt less like customer support and more like a game of “let’s waste your time.”

I listed a $600 ticket for resale, and it sold on the day of the concert. The notification email went straight to my spam folder, so I had no idea. By the time I realized, it was too late to deliver, and StubHub charged me the full $600, even though I didn’t get the ticket.
On top of that, their policy says you agree to lose your right to sue or join a class-action lawsuit.
If you really need to resell tickets, use TickPick. They’re transparent and don’t have hidden policies that can ruin your month’s budget.”

Upon pulling the location I was shocked it was a lot with construction equipment not a safe venue. I called to cancel the parking and was told “did I check the location before purchasing” and he would have to discuss with his team.. two full days before the show.. I would have expected a safer parking option with numerous parking garages near as well as a better customer response from Stub Hub to simply remove that charge considering it was tied to almost $500 worth of tickets… be aware of this crappy customer service when using SH!!”
