“We had tickets to see Metallica at Lane Stadium, Virginia Tech. The ticket process was okay but the fees you can’t avoid at ridiculous. We also purchased parking passes from them. Parking opened at 1:30. We got our parking passes at 3:30. Terrible service on that and NO communication regarding the lateness of our parking passes.”

However, StubHub honored its refund policy and gave me the opportunity to choose between a full refund or substitute tickets.
