“Stubhub ticket ordering is simple, shows sightline views for your seats and the tickets appear in your app making them easy to find. I am a Stubhub fan.”
“Had tickets at better price and availability than others. Simple download to phone was much easier than expected and presentation of tickets at gate went smoothly.”
“The tickets were not as advertised. I purchased seats 9,10 in row 3 and when I arrived at the venue, it was open seating in metal folding chairs or standing room only. I contacted StubHub after the event and was told I had to contact them prior to the event for a full refund. Because I contacted them after the event I was given 25% credit for a future purchase. This is unacceptable and poor customer service.”
“The price was not so high the process as usual easy to deal with it super fast delivery of tickets and because I bought it for my daughter the process to transfer it to her has a 5star achievement”
“It was very easy to buy tickets. I had questions and staff was very professional and easily solved the issue. Tickets arrived on time. A little pricey but worth it .”
“The transaction was easy and the seller was honest and legit. I feel like I have confidence to trust Stubhub for future needs. Thank you, I had the best time!”
