“Once I finally got the tickets it was fine, but I have never had to wait so late and close to the event to get tickets. We drive almost two hours to the event and we were just getting the tickets the via a phone call, had a mess with the online chat as they said they were no longer available, then after a call we ended up with our tickets.”

However when I got to the ball park and paid for parking the tickets were no longer on my app and says they have been returned !! How embarrassing was this ?! There customer service is a joke ! Very rude and unprofessional could not help me at all ... Not even to get different seats to get into the game cause I was there already . Now they are giving me a full refund and nothing more ! I loved how he called out the typical Philly people getting up and moving around during the show like it was a Phillies game and they were going for hot dogs. He continues to be one of my favorite comedians and did not disappoint”
