“This is the ABSOLUTE worst company to deal with. They say on website I can resell my tickets. So I try. Ticketmadter won't allow the transfer. So it's cancelled. Then after canceling any pending or upcoming sales, they list my tickets again? What?! And I have to cancel the sale so get hit with a $144 charge. Are you kidding me???!! Company lies, scams. Steals your money. They should be banned altogether. Horrible.”

Asked for Supervisor but refused and hang up. Called back and spoke with supervisor who told me she will contact the seller. Received email saying ticket was sent to me but never received. “Terrible customer service! A concert was cancelled that I purchased tickets, after speaking to several reps my refund was sent to the wrong account. The supervisor on duty said that the rep I originally spoke to probably didn’t know the process and they would escalate it to a different department to see if they could correct! Also, the manager was rude and would not let me complete a sentence before he was talking over me.”
“StubHub is a complete scam. They sold me 2 tickets for a total of $493. When the event was coming up I checked Ticketmaster since that’s the tickets they transferred me to. And ticket master was selling 2 seats closer to the stage for a total of $149 including their fees!!! 🤬 when I called StubHub to transfer or upgrade my seats they simply stated they cannot accommodate my request. You would think for spending $400+ they would find some way to go above and beyond, especially knowing their competitor was selling them for less than half the costs they had robbed me of.”
“I will never use Stubhub again. I received only one ticket instead of two. I had to call customer service to fix that. Then when I got to the concert, the tickets were nowhere to be found on my phone. I ended up having paper tickets printed out at the box office. Also, the tickets I did get were not the ones I paid for. All in all, a lousy experience . At least the concert was great.”
“If I could give less than a 1 star it would still be too much. Months ago hubby buys me tix to see my beloved Steelers in a pre-season game at Pittsburgh! We immediately received the parking pass, but the seats weren't ready to send. Ok. We make hotel and food reservations and plan a whole 4 day vacation based on traveling to the game (7 hrs from home.) But now as game day approaches and after many, many calls to see if maybe we goofed on picking up the email get the tix, we discover the seller doesnt have to give them to us until 6 hours before the game. Seriously? GAME day and then we scramble to get the email and do the transfer to our wallet?! And every day this past week we have been getting emails asking if we want to sell our tix? Oh... you mean the ones we DON'T yet have? So angry. We cannot risk starting our trip on Thursday only to discover after 2 nights in hotels along the way for other activities to discover we don't have tix to the damn game. Stub Hub says they reached out to the seller... they say there is a guarantee... they say we will get you tix. Oh... you mean on game day, instead of tailgating we find cell service and wait for you to help us get new tix?! You suck. Your service model is stupid. Hubby paid with a debit card to hide this "surprise" from me, so we can't even dispute the stupid charge. So now we cancel all our plans and wait to see if we get f'd on the purchase. Lesson learned. Do NOT buy tix this way.”
“Stub hub posted in such a way that it looked like our event was cancelled. We didn’t go but it wasn’t cancelled. We didn’t go to the show as we thought it was cancelled and am now out $350”
“We showed up, tickets did not load to get in to the concert. Us along with many others were on the phone and they still couldn't get in. Stub hub says we weren't there at the beginning so they cannot refund us. Odd that they can just tell us when to be there. No one cares about the opener. We can show up when we want and those tickets should have been available when we needed them.”
“I don’t recommend purchasing from Stubhub, almost a year ago, I purchased 4 tickets at the same price each. I never received an email until 3 hours before the event and it showed 3 tickets. I called and was on hold forever, the seller finally released a lower value ticket 41 minutes after the show started and I called this morning and they won’t compensate me for missing the first act and the lower value tickets. I would not do business with a shady business or seller again. While we were waiting at the venue, one of the workers said that they have problems with Stubhub all the time.”
“Stub hub count your days you guys are liars and not professional at all. I purchased Kevin Hart tickets on your website for $250 dollars only to get to the venue and have to purchase a another ticket because my seats had been double sold and the people who bought the same ticket as me got there first. Thanks a lot for telling me this was first come first serve. Anyway I tried to dispute the charges because i ended having to buy another ticket that wasn’t nearly as good as the first one I purchased. The representatives gave me the run around, none of them new what they were talking about, everyone acted as if they couldn’t send me over to a supervisor and I could barely understand wtf they were saying. It was very frustrating and I don’t believe I’ll get a refund for this bs stub hub pulled on me. I will never use these services again and would not recommend them to anyone EVER 0/5 stars straight trash”
“I sold two Taylor Swift tickets and never got my money back. I called ten times and the money is gone no one can help me or send me my money. It is my money my right. The tickets were sold since July 2023! They were supposed to send then in July 2024 after the event. I waited a year for my money and here I am still no money.”
