Bought tickets for a concert on 8/5 and never received a confirmation email or order number. Called numerous times explaining they took my money without receiving any tickets. I was screamed at by the foreign service department. I kindly asked how to open a claim just to get my money back. Claim was opened, now they state they cannot find it. What is wrong with this company? I have proof they took the money out of my account and they state there is no resolution. Stay away from this website at all costs.

Complete Failure by Stub Hub I purchased tickets and they repeatedly told me I could not access them till 5:00 pm on the night of the show because the venue would not release them till then. Lie #1 At 4:45 pm I got a call from Stub Hub that there was a problem transferring the tickets and to call them back. First rep dropped my call. Called again and was told the person with the tickets could not transfer them and I could meet them at the venue to get the ticket. So, it was not a venue issue after all. After discussing and not feeling comfortable with meeting an unknown person in an unknow location they said I could get a replacement ticket, but they couldn't tell me where it was or the comparable value till after I gave up the first ticket because they couldn't "generate it" till then. Not acceptable, so back to meeting the person. I was given their phone number and met at the venue. She showed me the email she got from Stub Hub for transferring the ticket and they gave her the COMPLETELY WRONG EMAIL. It is not mine, never been used by me, not associated with me, has nothing to do with me at all. They threatened to fine her for not transferring the ticket when they gave her the wrong info. They put me into making a decision to meet someone that again could have been a very unsafe and unsecure situation. I tried to complain after with Stub Hub and they tell me my even has passed, they don't offer resolution for these types of issues. Don't trust them and won't use them again.

NEVER and I mean NEVER order from StubHub . I ordered general floor seat tickets but received tier2 standing room only tickets. The tickets were a bait and switch. I called, emailed, and had several live chats with their customer service and they all DENIED ME access to a supervisor and made up reasons why the tickets I received were correct even though they were not. I didn't know StubHub had horrible reviews. 1.1 rating and they are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. The reps hung up on me, Lied to me, and gaslit me until I called and said I dont have a order number and wanted to give kudos to a rep. The supervisor immediately agreed with me and escalated the issue because the ticket description did not match the tickets sent to my email. HERE'S THE DILEMMA... they will only provide new tickets they have available which still might not be the ticket I actually paid for. This has been a horrible experience. I just wanted to take my aunt out for her birthday. 😢 stub hub requested the tickets back to compensate me. Took the tickets back and then sent them back 2 minutes before the concert and told me I was not going to be refunded. I had already changed plans once they accepted the tickets and did not see they sent them back until after the concert started. I hope this company tanks and has to pay everyone back.

Someone has to expose this company as the fraud they are — they hide behind their ā€œit’s not us— it’s them ā€œ policy of working with ā€œsellersā€ who are selling fraudulent tickets — without any sense of responsibility ….. we received fake tickets 28 minutes prior to the start of a nyc show……. Only to be escorted out of the building by Mngt due to our tickets being fully fraudulent… including two children // who flew into nyc for the show . An overall shitshow . They should immediately be forced out of business for shady business practices . You simply cannot afford to do any legitimate business with them. How are they even still around ?!? 5 hours on the phone. No accountability and the worst customer service I have experienced in the last 10 years …. . An utter shame and scam of a brand .

If could leave no stars I would. They are crooks. We purchased 9 tickets and only received 3. Called to get the other 6, just a run around. Was told to return the 3 and if would get a refund. We did return the 3 and purchased 9 tickets again. We did not get a refund, they finally sent 9 tickets. Called again to cancel and get a refund and straighten out the mess they made with no help. Just sorry we don’t offer refunds. But we can list them on the site for you to sell. Scam artist.

Tickets were ā€œdeliveredā€ digitally but I was receiving an error message when trying to download. Error message was fixed one hour prior beginning of the game. By then, I had already purchased new tickets again at Ticketmaster. Whole Subhub experience was a nightmare

StubHub IS TERRIBLE! StubHub charged me (the seller) the price of tickets, AFTER I already sold & transferred tickets as a bundle. Their system glitches, spoke with rep who said he "rectified" it and now i am being penalized as the seller of tickets. So basically I sold the tickets as a bundle, and b/c stubhub oversold my tickets, I have to REPAY them. Beware of selling Tickets on StubHub! It's an absolute scam without protection from their "contract". StubHub manager actually told me that StubHub doesn't actually own any of the tickets listed on their site: so if the sellers don't transfer them, you are literally screwed! DO NOT BUY OR SELL ON STUBHUB.

Stub Hub is a joke. DO NOT purchase your parking pass from here for Pine Knob -Stub Hub is not recognized as an acceptable provider for Pine Knob you will have to repay to park after you get ripped of for 68 plus dollars to park and then Stub Hub thinks it's funny and tells you oh well

I bought two tickets that a seller misrepresented for the Minnesota Twins V. Detroit Tiger game on July 4, 2024. Stubhub offered me a 25% credit, which I disputed, as I spent far more for the tickets than that offered discount and from what I actually received. Fast forward two months.....for some reason I decided to try them again for resale tickets. There was no credit and upon speaking with them, no credit was given as Stubhub stated "I didn't respond". I did respond, several times and they basically blew it off. It's time to use a different resale site and I would recommend everyone else do the same.

Someone bought tickets on my account. I called them and they were so reassuring that it would be fixed. They gave me the run around and no money back. Now I am trying to get my bank involved to fight this fraudulent activity

You took my money, didn’t deliver my tickets for the event, then transferred me to another and after getting my tickets I’ve informed the event is cancelled & will not be rescheduled & I can’t get through to anybody that will help me get my money refunded- your service SUCKS

Gave them 1 star only because you can't go lower. Ordered 4 tickets for small town USA in April, got a confirmation back promptly, stated seats were 3 - 6. They advised tickets would be sent overnight the day before the concert. In that I had seat assignments insinuated it was indoors. Nope, expected to stand outside in the sun for two days straight with a severe health problem. Upon realizing I attempted to cancel to no avail, couldn't sell tickets that were not in my possession, so I contacted PayPal. I just received a case denial from PayPal. I lost $1284.00, however prior to the concert they offered to buy them back for $300. NEVER AGAiN!

I purchased Foo Fighters tickets for my mom, brother and I. I ended up not being able to go because of work, so we tried to transfer the tickets from my account to hers. I don’t even know how to describe this process, it was utterly ridiculous. The in app directions on how to do this seemed simple (and should have been), but the buttons it said to press did not exist for us. We spent an hour on the phone with a customer service person whom we could hardly understand, and vise versa. My mom and I had to SWITCH PHONES for the weekend of the concert, because there was no other way we could figure out how she could get the tickets. Very unpleased. Will never use this site again

StubHub is beyond HORRIBLE. I FLEW to POLAND from California to see Taylor Swift. I got to the event and was denied entry because of fraudulent tickets. I had to stand in the longest line you have ever seen, literally hundreds upon hundreds of people...ALL SCREWED OVER BY STUBHUB and then pay to buy new tickets in order to enter. SOOOOO many people who were screwed. NOW THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING ME because supposedly they fixed the ticket and sent it to me but I was already in the event - it was too late!!!! They are the absolute worst and I would never ever ever buy tix through them again.

If I could give Stubhub a zero I would. This company is a rip off. They have 100% guarantee, sure they will give you your money back but they DO NOT guarantee you will get your tickets. I bought tickets to the Phish concert in Las Vegas at the Sphere. The band started in my hometown. We paid for the tickets months in advance at ridiculous prices. Got my granddaughter and her parents passports to fly nonstop out of nearby Montreal. Shelled out thousands for hotel reservations and food. Stubhub continued assuring us that we were all set. The night of the concert they were supposed to email the virtual tickets. All Stubhub could do is tell us at the door that they had no tickets, no seats and evidently the scalper got a better deal. They refunded my money (big deal) no future night tickets were offered and no compensation. NEVER DEAL WITH STUBHUB they are only a avenue for scalpers to rip you off and wait till the last second to maximize their profits. STUBHUB SUCKS AND THEY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED CRIMINALS!

Arrived at event only to discover we were denied entry. The seller was a broker known to the venue for reselling purchased tix again to a second party. Stubhub customer "service" was a 75 minute wait time, even though they promise service "all the way to your seat". So we missed the event and no replacement tix for the next show were available. Eventually got a refund for ticket cost, but no compensation for extended travel time, parking fees, hotel, etc. for an event we could not attend. Will never trust again.

Stay Away !! They say the tickets are pending until 5pm night of the event ! Then they say check emails but can’t say who it’s from …..then they say check your spam for five different names …. And come to find a spam email from seatgeek with a code that looks like junk but expires in ten minutes !! Really ! When we called night of the show they say they can try get a refund or replacement tickets but have to wait an hour or more to process ( and be late for the show !) when we paid credit card six weeks ago !! I could go on but I’ll say stay away and save yourself a headache ( and extra ticket charges anyway !!)

Went to Ticketmaster, redirected to Stubhub, technical glitch prevented tix appearing on phone for scanning, issue wasn't resolved for 35 minutes. When finally able to enter venue, we had missed entire first act!. Ticketmaster would have guaranteed FULL REFUND, but for tix were technically purchased through 3rd Party- Stubhub. Stubhub CS, purposely hung up after leaving me on hold to see what they could do ( should he know this; is this not his job to know this?) Upon calling back, I gave the assistant my number and insisted they call back if disconnected. Long story short, they held the company line, NO REFUNDS! YOU ARE GAMBLING WITH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS BUNCH, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT IN MIND. Order #526882365- verify this!

Horrible...if you need to speak to a human being about getting a refund for your tickets (for a concert that was cancelled), you are transferred to the Philippines. The "rep" I spoke with was extremely rude and did not do anything to help me, he also refused to provide any kind of identification other than his made up name...he just kept repeating the email message I had received earlier. I asked to speak to his supervisor but the supervisor was "not available". These overseas call centers are not accountable to US laws and US standards and Stubhub knows this...do yourself a favor and NEVER place an order through Stubhub.
