“Don’t buy from StubHub , it’s a fraud , they send the tickets of they want, and still make you feel you are wrong if you say something, absolutely fraud”
“I was on vacation in Chicago and decided to buy tickets for a Chicago cubs baseball game. Bought two seats in the 400’s section which is the upper deck to get full view of the game. StubHub changed my seats to the 200’s which is a lower level and they claim it’s an “upgrade”. In actuality, it was a downgrade because there was a deck overhang that prevented viewing of flyballs and therefore “partial view”. StubHub automatically did this exchanged without my approval. After the game I called StubHub to complain and they said they can’t offer any compensation since I went to the game. Folks, if you’re on vacation, we can’t just upend our plans!
After being on the phone for 20min with the rep, I asked for the manager and waited another 20min and just gave up. Very frustrating experience and will avoid using StubHub in the future.
StubHub should really change their process of changing people’s tickets without asking the customer first AND learn from other top companies (Costco, Amazon, etc) on how customer service should be.”
“StubHub would not allow me to sell my tickets and kept directing me to Live Nation website that kept shutting down. They charge me for trying to sell my tickets, but also would not allow me to sell the tickets on their website. Someone should shut them down.”
